Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5025 is to be contained within a standard 3 m x 3 m x 3 m containment cell and should be placed upon an autopsy table. There should be constant surveillance upon SCP-5025 at all times, with x-rays monitoring its internal structure. Due to the nature of SCP-5025 there is no reason for active guards.

If there is a change of internal structure Dr.████ should be notified immediately and all contact with SCP-5025 should be ceased.

Description: SCP-5025 is a humanoid being standing at an average of 1.8 meters in height and a weight of 100 kilograms. The subject generally appears as a white male with large amounts of facial hair and mild obesity, however, it has also been seen to be a caucasian male to an asian female.

On the surface SCP-5025 appears to be a normal, freshly deceased human being and even upon x-ray and genetic examination SCP-5025 appears to match its body. However, SCP-5025 has the ability to completely change its appearence down to the genetic level, this is thought to be a form of disguise mechanism. The transfomation is not simply cosmetic as ultrasound analysis has shown that fat, muscle, organs, etc, breakdown and restructure themselves into new tissues and structures.

Generally, SCP-5025 is completely unresponsive with MRI reports indicating a lack of any higher brain functions that may indicate consciousness but the brain itself appears completely normal with the brainstem and hippocampus still operating normally. These tests also indicate a mechanical on the cellular level, these computers are belived to allow SCP-5025 to restructure itself amongst other abilities (see Addendum-1).
