Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept on the person of Senior Researcher ███████ at all times. Any calls or texts recieved by SCP-XXXX are to be answered by Dr. ███████, with nobody else present in the room during a call.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an tablet made from an unknown material, measuring 6.5 cm by 14.5 cm by 0.4 cm. SCP-XXXX is inscribed with an infinity(∞) symbol on the back which glows with a soft purple light when SCP-XXXX is turned on. The tablet resembles a smartphone, with its internal hardware always updating to match the most advanced smartphone on the market. It is capable of performing all of the standard functions of a smartphone, including taking pictures1, establishing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, use with plugs such as USBs and headphone jacks2, and making calls and texts despite missing an SD card.
SCP-XXXX has established a connection to Dr. ███████, teleporting into his pocket (or hand if no pockets are available) if they are ever more than 4 meters apart. Due to this and its resemblance to a mundane phone, Dr. ███████ has been permitted to use SCP-XXXX for everyday use. SCP-XXXX recieves calls and texts from SCP-Hyperion, with topics ranging from casual small-talk to advanced discusions about both anomalous and mundane sciences. So far, SCP-Hyperion has not mentioned anything that isn't currently known by the Foundation.
