Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in the storage pedestal room (SPR). This next part applies to all entities in the SPR.
The entity is the be kept on one of the 20 pedestals. The pedestal is to have a small pillow made from Cervus Elaphus (Red Deer) velvet, from Red Deer born in winter. The pillow will be 5 centimeters larger than the entity. The entity and pillow is to be kept in a black tinted glass case, on top of the pedestal.
Description: The Safety Sword is a sword made of unknown metals. The hilt is 15 centimeters long, with a split top that measures 12 centimeters from very left to very right. The hilt has 4 rubies, 2 diamonds, and two emeralds, all 2.5 millimeters wide, with an unknown depth. The blade is 43 centimeters long, with a single carving on one side of the blade. The carving differs from person to person.
When the blade is touched by the hilt, the person will slowly feel more relaxed and rested. If touching the blade, the person will not be cut and any wounds will heal. If one is cut by the blade, the cut will heal. The skin will be more resistant to burns, frostbite, and force put on it. The one cut will feel well rested, and get an adrenaline rush. The skin affected will return to normal after 24 hours.
Any recording devices that can capture footage or pictures of SCP-XXXX will work normally, but any footage/picture evidence will have the Safety Sword blacked out, and the footage/pictures might be completely black. This happens to about every tenth piece of footage/picture evidence. Any drawing will force the creator to draw a black box instead of the sword, even if the drawing requires universe destroying paradoxes to happen. This also applies to robotic/magical/weirduniverseshit.
