Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe Euclid Keter -████- Archon Classification Pending.
This is the 45th iteration of this document, the previous iterations have been removed to save space.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a modified humanoid containment cell that is fitted with extreme measures to keep the subject locked in (said measures are changed so often that it is better to check on the personnel in charge of guarding said subject rather than update this document), and is to be checked on a bi-hourly basis, in the event that SCP-XXXX has escaped containment, a rescue/capture team is to be immediately dispatched to re-contain the subject, which will most commonly be located via satellite technology, but can also be located via other means.
SCP-XXXX will usually be initially difficult to re-capture, but will eventually give in on most situations due to poor stamina or running out of options, subject can also be persuaded. FOR SAFETY REASONS DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE LETHAL FORCE ON SCP-XXXX.
Security personnel are to be replaced every 2 weeks at most, and assignment must be completely voluntarily, upon assignment, personnel are to be thoroughly and thoughtfully briefed on what they will be guarding. What it is capable of, and that they will most likely not have many ways to prevent it from happening but are still encouraged to try and prevent a containment breach whenever possible.
Currently, we are trying everything in our power to create a containment zone to make the whole process easier, hopefully to render what's essentially a wild goose chase obsolete.
It is determined to be completed in approximately 2███
We are unsure of when it will be complete, please refer to the SCP description for more details.
In the event of a containment breach or a site wide attack by outside groups, SCP-XXXX is to be released from containment, and all assigned personnel are to escort it out of the site momentarily, this is to prevent a potential █████████ scenario from occurring if things go from bad to critically bad.
Due to the anomalous properties SCP-XXXX possesses, it is to be automatically assumed that SCP-XXXX is attempting a mass containment breach if found near other containment cells, and should be immediately stopped.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian male who is 105 cm tall, has blue eyes and black hair, and is 13 years old. The subject was found after a teacher from █████████ elementary had reported the subject to the police for "somehow always getting into the staff room despite it being locked all the time" numerous times, despite each attempt having ever increasing security. Eventually it got so bad that attention was starting to form around the subject.
SCP-XXXX seems to possess some form of reality bending ability in the fact that it can escape any sort of situation it desires, although the subject doesn't seem to be aware as to how it happens, the most common forms of response when questioned about this being "They left the door unlocked" even if the door or lock was confirmed to be in a locked state or "The key was left somewhere nearby" even though it may have been on someone at the time of breach.
This property is not limited to only locks however, this ability seems to work for other situations, even ones that would more often than not intend certain death to the subject. Firearms seem to somehow fire at an unintended target when directed towards SCP-XXXX, and other forms of harm seem to induce a "rewind" effect which sends all effected back 15 minutes in what can only be classified as timespace, and everything effected seems to be aware of it.
We do not currently know the effective range of this "Rewind" effect, however since people will be aware they have gone back in time, it is to be avoided at all costs as to prevent a potential █████████ scenario from occurring should the effect be worldwide.
SCP-XXXX has expressed severe discomfort being in containment, often times attempting to escape containment to "go back home".
In addition to this, SCP-XXXX seems to inadvertently cause scenarios that risk containment breaches or site wide attacks from outside groups. Whether or not this is from SCP-XXXX's manipulation ability is unknown, but highly likely. These situations are somewhat rare but still enough of a threat to be listed here.
Addendum A1: Listed here will be every escape attempt currently recorded along with security specifications:
#1: (Regular humanoid containment cell) SCP-XXXX walked up to their containment cell's door, and just opened it like a sliding door, promptly leaving, walking past numerous guards and staff as if he didn't exist to them, and only being stopped as he was nearing the facility exit.
When questioning the staff that SCP-XXXX encountered, they responded that they did not see SCP-XXXX at all.
#2: (Lightly modified containment cell fitted with more surveillance and two guards stationed at all times.)
This attempt lasted about 4 weeks, SCP-XXXX patiently waited, and would be interviewed by staff from time to time, he explained how he felt cold, scared and just wanted to see his mom again, eventually questioning why he had to be here to begin with. It was shortly after that the site was attacked by an outside group, they seemed to be after foundation staff, but in this conflict, SCP-XXXX managed to escape from the facility, and recaptured after a week of searching.
