Special Containment Procedures:
Subject is to be held in a Standard Humanoid Containment Cell. Under no circumstances may anyone come into physical contact with or step foot into her cell, excluding specific circumstances, as she is highly dangerous and will likely kill on sight. Speaking to her is not prohibited, but not advised. Any interviews conducted with her must be done via intercom, telephone, or other wireless communication devices. Under absolutely no condition is she to be removed from her cell at any given time. Room temperature should be adjusted per the subject's request, but it should not fall below -60 degrees Celsius, -70 degrees Fahrenheit, and should not rise above 93 degrees Celsius, 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Subject does not show up in pictures, but will appear on security cameras placed in the cell. Two security cameras must be monitoring the subject at all times. Should a camera malfunction or disconnect, any D-Class personnel are permitted to enter the room to repair it. Above is a drawing by Dr. Jet detailing the subject's appearance.
Description:
Subject appears to be a Caucasian humanoid female in her early twenties, despite claiming to be 503 years old, 1.6 meters in height and weighing 54.4 kilograms, with large, white, angelic-like wings. Despite having these wings, she is unable to fly. Mentioning this upsets and disorients her. Subject has natural long pink hair that she prefers to keep in a braid at all times, and bright cerulean eyes. Although subject appears to be human, she does not need food or water, and will completely refuse when offered. Subject is allowed a wardrobe filled with clothes of her choosing, but refuses to wear anything other than the same white and gold dress. Additionally, her clothes never seem to dirty, and she refuses to change no matter what.
Subject was given a thorough medical examination on arrival, as per standard protocol. Her normal body temperature averages around 26 degrees Celsius, 74 degrees Fahrenheit, yet the subject constantly complains of heat. Subject's body contains most necessary organs to sustain life, excluding the pancreas or kidneys. Subject has a heart, but doctors were unable to detect a heartbeat.
Subject has the ability to heal all wounds except for mental illnesses and mental disorders. Physical wounds and disabilities disappear within three hours of making physical contact with the subject. Unfortunately, she does not prefer this method of healing. By uttering a single word, the subject is able to cause immediate cardiac arrest, followed by seizing and liquefying of organs, before death. The language is of unknown origin, although it sounds similar to the Russian word свободно1, meaning free. After death, the subject will revive the deceased, sending them into a vegetative state. Victims are unable to move, speak, and perform necessary tasks to maintain life. Once revived, victims are placed in the infirmary and are put on a respirator. They do not seem aware of their surroundings, and are promptly labeled as "brain dead."

Dr. ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓: Effective? The people you reanimated were brain dead, merely a shell of who they once were.
