Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4000 is contained within a fifteen (15) meter containment cell and fed a normal diet. Any requests from SCP-4000 are to be considered by staff, and made if at least three (3) scientists approve. Tests are held weekly by one (1) senior scientist and 2 to 4 armed guards.
Description: SCP-4000, otherwise known as Benjamin ██████ Parker, is a Caucasian male, age ██. SCP-4000 is somewhat friendly, and does not have any extra extremities. SCP-4000 anomalous abilities seem to be it's ability to know or almost do anything such as re-contain SCP-106 and escape Site-██ being nearly unharmed. SCP-4000 can also predict even the most of unpredictable things with almost full precision, and can survive in even the most fatal circumstances.
SCP-4000 caught the Foundation's attention when D-9341 (as aforementioned) nearly escaped Site-██ and contained SCP-106 during a large scale containment breach. When D-9341 was exiting Site-██, one (1) Nine Tailed Fox Guard, known as: ████████ █████ ██████ captured D-9341. This resulted in D-9341 getting SCP classification by a request of Dr. ██████.
Addendum 4000-I: A test was performed on SCP-4000 to test it's abilities. Voice log captured by containment surveillance camera.
Dr. ██████: Hello, SCP-4000. How are you doing today?
SCP-4000: Fine.
Dr. ██████: Do you mind if I call you 9341, your previous designation number?
SCP-4000: I don't.
Dr. ██████: Okay. 9341, to test your anomalous abilities, we will start with a simple number test.
9341: Okay.
Dr. ██████: I have chosen a number between 1 and 10. Try to guess the number. If you pass this question, you could try an even harder one, or end this.
9341: Okay, may I now begin?
Dr. ██████: Yes.
9341: 7.
Dr. ██████: That is correct. You can now choose to do an even harder one with no penalties, or an even harder one with a death penalty.
9341: Am I rewarded?
Dr. ██████: No. This is a test.
9341: Death penalty.
Dr. ██████: Are you sure?
9341: Yes.
Dr. ██████: Choose a number between 1 - 100.
9341: 73.
Dr. ██████: That answer is correct.
9341: Are there any more?

Note: How the hell did SCP-4000 do it without dying? I think we should do a bit more complex tests so we can find out how he does it. We may be able to use him to help us with some SCPs. -Dr. ██████
