SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked compartment at all times and not be transported anywhere without the express permission of lead researcher Jillian Hawke. Due to SCP-XXXX's connection to the deity known as ███ it must be kept under supervision at all times whenever brought to project ACIEL. Description:
SCP-XXXX is an amulet consisting of a flat disk attached to a silver chain. The disk is ten centimeters in diameters with the phases of the moon carved around an amber stone that sits in its middle. The stone measures at five centimeters wide and seven centimeters tall. Inside the amber stone is an incisor of human origin with a small full moon carved into it.
Circumstances of requisition:
SCP-XXXX was acquired by Foundation agents after the raid on a warehouse in ███████ on ██/██/09. The foundation agents were met with heavy resistance from a group calling themselves the Church of the Radiant Moon (name change pending). The cult acolytes were beaten back and the survivors fled the area, allowing Foundation personnel to investigate the warehouse. Upon inspecting the items and documents inside it was decided to transport them to site-19 for cataloging and further investigation. SCP-XXXX was discovered among the belongings of one of the dead cultists and upon coming into contact with one of the Junior research staff it audibly spoke in an unknown language. It was later determined by linguistic experts that the amulet spoke a dialect of ancient Sumerian.
