Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4029 is contained within a 9’x9’ room with Reinforced Cement Concrete and access to the room is well guarded by a 4 foot vault door and guarded 24/7 by no more than 2 guards at a time, during any containment breach or Chaos Insurgency attack SCP-4029 will be moved mechanically by a pulley system under the foundation of the previous room and shall remain in the room until the situation is finally under control which then will return to its rightful place in its containment at Site [Redacted].
Description: SCP-4029 appears to be black Notebook (which originally had white texts and thin stripes but was ‘Colored’ in by sharpie see Test C-6/12/15 for further details.) with a diameter of 25mm which came with a piece of torn paper the, writing is as followed, “you are in possession of a unique journal of mine if you are reading this I am long since dead and maybe this journal just fell into your hands now you may be wondering, ‘what's so unique about this journal?’ well, this journal can tell you anything you want to know about! It also serves as a “wishing book” but its very simple to use my journal just write your question or command on any page but don't worry about wasting space cause your writing will just disappear on its own then place a pencil on the notebook don't worry if it starts floating it won't bite you or anything it will then just write the answer to your question that’s all it does and there's nothing evil about it but don't let anyone else keep it.” note: we couldn't extract any fingerprints whatsoever but the notebook does have limits it cannot kill anyone who is already deceased, cannot give you money out of anywhere (it can give you money but it has to be an amount no higher than one hundred thousand Dollars), does not make you popular, cannot make you a superhero, cannot make things appear out of anywhere mainly requests appear to be as coincident or if anyone misplaces any objects, requests take time and cannot teleport you to any location. SCP-4029 was discovered in December/26/2014 when an incident of a man in [Redacted] claimed he was an “Ice Wizard” as he covered most of the Eastern states and most of the east coast in a thick layer snow in most states making the state the man was from drop to at least 8 degrees Celsius which was the coldest year in the 21st century at the least, the man was taken into custody and given class an Amnestics before returning him to the public with no problem whatsoever.
Testing logs: here are the few tests have done so far.
Test A-3/09/15
Subject: D-4910
Procedure: D-4910: writes “can I go home already?”
Response: “No not in your current situation”
D-4910: writes as ordered by command “who was your current owner?”
Response: “his name was Jonathan [Redacted]’’
D-4910 was given permission to ask any questions and requests as long it didn’t result in any wrongdoings to the site or site staff.
D-4910: writes “can I have a gun?”
Response: “yes”
Results: After 10 minutes and 13 seconds the test was over a guard entered the testing area when the guard reached to retrieve D-4910 and to escort him as the guard reached the guard sidearm fell into D-4910’s lap D-4910 reacted grabbing the gun knocking the guard to the floor before shooting into the guard’s vest repeatedly before aiming the pistol to the double-sided mirror before emptying the entire mag, the guards name is Pvt.Daniel he survived his wounds and made a full recovery as 1 of the 7 bullets did make its way into his stomach. D-4910 is no longer with foundation. Analysis: D-class personnel can no longer be allowed to write anything that will either harm or hurt foundation staff or allow any Containment breaches whatsoever during any tests with SCP-4029.
Test B-4/17/15
Subject: Doctor Williamson
Procedure: Doctor Williamson was given instructions to ask Questions only. Note: Doctor Williamson was experiencing the frustration of his wife during the time of testing.
Doctor Williamson: writes “is my wife having an affair?’’
Response: “No sir”
Doctor Williamson: writes “has she ever cheated on me?’’
Response: “only once on the date of 6/21/11 as she says and I quote “I regret that day forever, he shall never forgive me.”
Doctor Williamson: requests to stop for a second as a Guard retrieves the notebook as to keep Doctor Williamson from doing anything drastic as an approximate 3 minutes go by before Doctor Williamson begins to continue the test and writes “does she love me?”
Response: ‘’yes’’
The test was not much of a test at the point of the following dayDoctor Williamson broke down on the floor not getting to the actual questions but shall stay into the records unless said otherwise.
Results: All Questions were exactly correct as the following.
Analysis: even if SCP-4029 answers correctly it follows up with examples to back up its answers.
Note: Do not allow Doctor Williamson around SCP-4092 as he has made attempts to steal SCP-4092 to try and ask more questions or worst asking a request to SCP-4092, any guards around SCP-4092 containment area are allowed to use lethal force to keep Doctor Williamson from getting near the SCP.
Test C: 6/12/15
Subject: D-2312
Procedure: D-2312 was assigned to ask the following questions provided to him and was instructed not to make a request at all
D-2312: writes “is there any way to destroy SCP-682 at all?”
Response: “maybe, according to SCP-001 or “the Guardian” might actually be able to destroy the Reptile with a 30% to 50% chance for SCP-682 to Regenerate its lost limbs.”
D-2312: writes “what is the real SCP-001?’’
Response: “To be exactly honest with you I do not know.”
D-2312: writes “in a future event of a fight between the sarkicism and the church of the broken god who will win?’’
Response: “as both religions are unique on their own the church of the broken god could be the main victor of the war with a risk of exposing the SCP Foundation but in the end the church of the broken god is the best hope for humanity in the outcome for they can help restore most of the infrastructure and restoring peace”
D-2312: writes “will we all turn into machines by the church of the broken god”
Response: “no cause their needs to be a balance cause everything has to have a balance so let me break it down, Yaldabaoth maybe cruel in his/her way but he/she did create us as for Mekhane is a god of technology and without them both we wouldn't be here right now as their ways of logic may be different but they both have the same goal and that is to create life that is suited to their point of view.”
Results: D-2312 purposely graffitied the cover of SCP-4029 most of the white features of SCP-4029 are now covered in Sharpie transfer D-2312 to Keter testing immediately also now that we understand most of the questions which we wanted to know so far we are scratching the surface it is unknown if the guardian is SCP-001 but we can not be sure for now until a future date
Analysis: SCP-4092 maybe smarter than previously thought, it does have a vast majority of knowledge and understanding even if it has never even heard of Foundation it is unknown how SCP-4092 was able to know anything of any SCP’s in the first place, it is still being investigated so far no results.
Incoming Transmission: SCP-4092 is now listed as a Keter SCP Requested from 05 Chairman the message is as followed.
Due to the nature of SCP-4029, we can consider it to be neither Safe nor Euclid class SCP from here on out it shall be known as a Keter SCP although it is not violent in any shape or form it does give more Sinister. The knowledge we are not saying that SCP-4092 lethal monster but here is what you all need to understand, we Contain anomalies like this and if anyone like the Chaos Insurgency ever got their hands on SCP-4029 It could disaster and not only to the foundation but to the entire world as well!
