Item #: SCP-AAAA
Object Classification: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: No personnel are to enter SCP-AAAA under any circumstances except for approved testing purposes, or to gain access to SCP-AAAA-1. Any unauthorized access by foundation personnel Class-C or higher is to be met with a strict reprimand, and subjects with four (4) or more offenses are subject to demotion at the discretion of the Area Director. Unauthorized access by Class-D personnel and Non-Foundation personnel are to be met with immediate termination.
SCP-AAAA is to be monitored consistently for any significant change whatsoever. Any infrastructural decay or general signs of neglect are to be reported to Area Command at the soonest convenience. Simple camera systems are to be placed next to entrances of SCP-AAAA-1, and batteries are to be changed every three (3) hours. Noticeable changes in entrances to SCP-AAAA-1 and Sightings of SCP-AAAA-2 on the surface are to be reported to Area Command without delay.
Cameras with infra-red observational capabilities are to be placed on the inner walls of SCP-AAAA-1 in various locations deemed suitable. The batteries in these cameras are to be replaced every six (6) hours by D-Class personnel. Caution is advised when performing the action.
Efforts to capture SCP-AAAA-2 have as of yet been unsuccessful. Current containment efforts are focused on keeping SCP-AAAA-2 from exiting SCP-AAAA-1. If the infra-red cameras placed inside SCP-AAAA-1 reveal suspicious behavior from SCP-AAAA-2 (such as patrolling the entrance areas for too long), action is to be taken immediately. If SCP-AAAA-2 successfully forcibly exits SCP-AAAA-1, any action deemed necessary to recontain SCP-AAA-2 by Area Command is to be taken, up to and including intervention from Mobile Task Force Unit Zeta-9 ("Mole Rats").
Rough Description (Because I'm running short on time and do not have enough time to write an actual description): So SCP-AAAA is pretty much a random city in the middle of nowhere, maybe in Russia or Australia in a rural, uninhabited area. The city itself appears to be relatively well-kept, and most buildings have working electricity and running water. Despite this, no inhabitants can be detected. The main anomalous property, though, resides in SCP-AAAA-1, the designation given to its sewer system. This sewer system is definitely a spacial anomaly, as exploration logs have recorded a labyrinth far larger than the actual city that resides above it. Furthermore, direct drilling to SCP-AAAA-1 has proven impossible, even within the city itself. SCP-AAAA-1 is only accessible through the various manholes that are located throughout SCP-AAAA. Within this labyrinth of tunnels resides a big, bad, boogeyman monster that is highly intelligent and preys upon anything that enters its domain. Its origins are unknown, but it appears to have become very familiar with SCP-AAA-1 and maybe even SCP-AAAA on the surface over an extended period of time.
Description: SCP-AAAA is an unidentified, relatively small city located in ██████, Australia. The city appears to be moderately well-kept, with buildings and the overall infrastructure stable and in good condition. Despite this, no living being has been sighted within the city, aside from small flora. Exploration logs have shown that most buildings in the city have access to electricity and running water. The source of the electricity has been traced back to a power plant on the outskirts of the city; however, the means by which the city acquires running water is as of yet unknown, as the city's sewer system appears to be entirely replaced by SCP-AAAA-1, which does not house any recognizable sewage equipment.
SCP-AAAA-1 is a series of tunnels accessed by the manholes located throughout the surface of SCP-AAAA. SCP-AAAA-1 displays spacial anomalies; expeditions into the tunnels have revealed that the total area of SCP-AAAA-1 exceed the area of SCP-AAAA. Attempts to access SCP-AAAA-1 through unorthodox means have resulted in failure thus far. The inner section of SCP-AAAA-1 [CONTINUE HERE]
Exploration Logs: Okay, now I'm REALLY short on time, so I'm just going to place this category here for me to jot down ideas about potential Exploration logs of SCP-AAAA-1 once I get back.
NOTES TO SELF
-Fix that thing about "Class-C personnel" in the Special Containment Procedures. I don't think it's incorrect per say, but it just reads awkwardly.
-Fix how you talk about things in general. I don't think I've ever heard the term "Area Command" in my life. Also, would they build an entire area around just one city that nobody goes to in the first place?
-Speaking of personnel classes, sometimes you flip how you refer to them. (i.e. in the first paragraph, you called them "C-Class", and in the second paragraph, you called them "Class-D".
-Maybe reread the writing guides before making a second draft; I have a feeling that you're missing some of the tips. Maybe visit the guide about clinical tone that you saw in the discussion page of a low-rated article?
