Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3266 Is to be kept in a 6x6m container with the only access being through a double 50mm door that is electrified at all times, except when doors are opening but doors must be electrified after closed even when personal has entered. SCP-3266’s barrel is to be secured in an iron block no less that 50kg in weight, at no point should the anomaly’s barrel come out of that block unless required permissions are issued. 04 Personal are to have issued permissions for tests where personal or any other living organisms come into direct contact with SCP-3266 inside his cell. 05 Personal permissions are required to remove SCP-3266’s barrel from the iron block.

In the event of a containment breach including SCP-3266, MTF Zeta 5 ( Designated response team for SCP-3266 ) or any other Re-containment personal should attempt to sneak up behind SCP-3266 and prevent it or its turret from traversing. If possible, attempt to make a temporary blockage in the gun barrel or muzzle break. Personal are then to electrify SCP-3266 with any sort of taser or stun baton that has at least 100 volts of energy ready to be used. If SCP-3266 is not the only breached anomaly, personal should consider it a secondary objective over a Keter or other Euclid class present in the breach.

Description: SCP-3266 Is a 50x60cm remote control tank that includes a properly working gun and cannon breach. It is unknown if there is any crew inside of SCP-3266 or if someone els is controlling SCP-3266 from outside foundation. Finding a compatible remote for SCP-3266 has proven to be very difficult as SCP-3266’s frequency is unique to the tank. After contacting a number of external remote control military vehicle builders and hobby shop owners, the foundation can confirm that SCP-3266 is a design originating from around 1998 but it should be noted that the manufacturer discontinued the design production abruptly. The reason for this is unknown and the manufacturer name is also unknown. It is belived that SCP-3266 is not the only anomalous tank in its series, multiple reports have been made that the manufacturers positioned their factory’s close to nuclear power plants witch may have led to the accidental contamination of tanks. After using an X-ray on SCP-3266 it has been revealed that SCP-3266 does posses a small engine, cannon breach and even small WW2 era radio. After testing on SCP-3266 It has been shown that the radio, to this point, is a useless featureSCP-3266 has received many messages from its radio, these messages mainly come in the form of Morse code. SCP-3266 has also put out a number of messages that are mainly along the lines of SOS calls. SCP-3266’s appearance looks very similar to that of an American M-18 Hellcat from world war 2 but it would appear that a great deal of modifications have been applied.

SCP-3266’s dislikes the presence of humans of living organisms and will load a very dangerous dart round perhaps designed to counter the human race. This dart is usually fired twice for each target, one in the leg or foot immobilising its target making aiming easier and the shoot a dart at the top of the forehead, penetrating the skull and causing massive damage to the brain most likely killing the target. SCP-3266 however does not show hostility in the presence of other robotic or radio controlled devices, especially other tanks. However if another device is to open fire or attempt to cause damage to SCP-3266 it will return fire. SCP-3266’s normal ammunition choice is concrete ball type rounds that are mainly for gaining attention and breaking small objects like glass and other rocks. These two ammunition types seem to be the only ammunition SCP-3266 can fire SCP-3266 Has developed the ability to develop on its existing ammunition to create “supercharged” projectiles. Looking to its size, SCP-3266’s gun should not have a velocity of 500 m/s. This shell speed can prove fatal even if hit in the wrong place by the concrete round. It’s guns velocity is faster than some actual tank guns today. An estimated caliber would be 50mm. SCP-3266 Also has a coaxial machine gun in its hull that can only fire standard very light ammunition that can’t cause any damage to humans and other organisms.

SCP-3266’s dart round

SCP-3266 Will usually try to reverse when it’s barrel is contained in the block, this behaviour should be considered normal and any changes in direction of movement should be observed as an act against the foundation. SCP-3266 Has not made an attempt to open fire while its gun is in the block, the anomaly may have an understanding that a backfire could be fatal. While able to move around without its gun being trapped, SCP-3266 enjoys patrolling the containment cell.

SCP-3266’s armour is minimal, estimated to be around 20mm thick at the front, 15mm at the sides and turret, 10mm on the back. It should be noted the the front armour is angled at a 45 degree angle and the turret is cast so there may be higher armour values on these areas of the armour. The foundations current small arms fire has been shown to be ineffective against the armour of SCP 3266 however light anti-armour or even any weapon with a 50. Caliber round can. We advise MTF units responding to a breach involving SCP-3266 to not attempt to shoot at the roof of the tank as it is sealed with a 20mm plate that cannot be removed for whatever reason not currently known ( Believed to be access to an integral part of SCP-3266 ) SCP-3266 was reported to authorities by a hobby shop owner who complained that “The damn thing broke out of its box and tried to shoot him”, Agent [Redacted] was deployed to the shop and placed SCP-3266 in a 45mm iron box. Agent [Redacted] then transported SCP-3266 to Site #19.

Test SCP-3266 A-1

Subjects: D-934: Male Subject, No mental trauma. Dr. [Redacted] and Dr. [Redacted] assisting.
Procedure: D-934 entered the containment cell and removed SCP-3266’s cannon barrel from the block. Almost instantly SCP-3266 traversed its turret to face D-934. D-934 ran to the containers door and began frantically banging the door with his hands getting himself shocked. He then attempted to pass SCP-3266 and get to the far wall but was shot in the leg by a dart. He collapsed to the floor and was promptly shot in the bottom on the chin and died. An autopsy revealed that the dart had passed through the mouth, skull and then brain.
Results: This incident was the first show of SCP-3266’s hostile properties. To this point it only shows the dart type ammunition, not the cement. Dr. [Redacted] wants to now test what SCP-3266 will do when faced with another remotely controlled device.
Analysis: “We are currently researching the dart that SCP-3266 fired and testing its penetration capabilities. We believe that SCP-3266 uses a similar type of ammunition pack to most modern main battle tanks today. Penetrating darts and its cement round that uses when not attempting violent activity’s”. — Dr. [Redacted]

Test SCP-3266 A-2

Subject: A small remote controlled F1 car. Dr. [Redacted] piloting car with Dr. [Redacted] Recording Results.
Procedure: Dr. [Redacted] opens the door of the container and drives the car into the container shutting the door behind it. SCP-3266 ( Who prior had his gun released by Agent [Redacted] )takes notice of the car. Dr. [Redacted] Drives 2 circles around SCP-3266. While Dr. [Redacted] is doing this, SCP-3266 tracks the car with the turret but does not fire. When Dr. [Redacted] parks the car in front of him he proceeds to drive away not bothered by the car. Test ended.
Results: SCP-3266 doesn’t show hostility neither affection towards no living objects. It will however keep an eye on them until they leave the area that it is in. Dr. [Redacted] wants to test the penetration capabilities of the dart and cement rounds fired directly from SCP-3266’s gun to make sure an accurate result is achieved.
Analysis: “It seems 3266 does not mind the presence of other non living objects or items and will not show hostility to them. Neither will it show affection however and simply will mind its own buisness”. — Dr. [Recated]

Test SCP-3266 A-1

Subject: 1 10mm thick steel plate, 1 30mm thick steel plate and 1 50mm thick steel plate. All plates have a picture of D-4637 face to make SCP-3266 target them. Dr. [Redacted] and Dr. [Redacted] assisting.
Procedure: SCP-3266’s Barrel guard is removed remotely and it instantly approaches the plates. It’s first fires a dart through the 10mm plate and succeeds in penetrating it then fires through the 30mm plate and successfully penetrates. It then approaches the 50mm plate and fails to penetrate the plate. On second attempt it shoots the exact same place it shot first and successfully penetrates the plate. Test concluded.
Results: It Can now be confirmed that SCP-3266 can only penetrate 30-40mm of armour that is NOT ANGLED. Repeats of this test with angled plates have shown that SCP-3266 will struggle to penetrate the 30mm plate and be completely unable to penetrate the 50mm plate.
Analysis: “Now that we know the exact penetration values we can move on to designing and producing shields and other defensive items to counter SCP-3266’s ammunition. He should be kept on watch however because we have seen him developing “Compisite rounds” witch are advanced variant’s of the dart. Testing should be stopped for about a year while we invest more time on other SCP. — Dr. [Redacted]

After hearing of the armour penetration discovery of SCP-3266, 05 command ordered the development of a new shield to counter SCP-3266 and to also replace the outdated bulletproof glass shield that was in need of replacement. The outcome of this was a 50mm Shield angled at 45 degrees and on a wheeled carriage

First Occasion: Breached Containment while door was under maintenance, door opened by mistake and maintenance personal killed. Re-contained by MTF Unit Zeta 5 with assistance from Agent [Redacted]

Second Occasion: Wandered into control room while door was opened by Dr. [Redacted] killed 2 personal and tampered with control board. Recontained successfully by MTF Unit Zeta 5.
