Elevator Pitch: A cast iron kitchen set, comprising of a Stove, Refrigerator, and Kitchen Sink, is haunted by a loving spirit. It will cook for people and produces food that heals. However, one rule, never look inside the cabinets nor pots of the kitchen. The specter will chase and beat, with a wooden spoon, anyone who breaks their rules.

Object Description Summary: A cast iron kitchen set, consisting of a Stove, Refrigerator, and Kitchen Sink from the turn of the 19th century. When a person is within the room, or 30 meters, of these objects, a spectral humanoid appears at the stove. It is accompanied by spectral pots and pans and the smell of cooking food. The specter appears to be an elderly woman of the same race as the observer. The specter will cook and produce any food the person asks for. This food has healing properties for both the mind and body. However, there is one rule of her kitchen, never look or reach into the pots on the stove nor in the cabinets. The specter will become angry and will proceed to chase and beat the transgressor with a wooden spoon until the specter feels that they have learned a lesson.

Central Narrative: The main plot point; this kitchen set houses, if not traps, a benevolent spirit that only wants to help those around it. The specter views other humans as their children and wants to protect them.

This object is inhabited by a specter. It has attached and or merged with the anomalous effects of the kitchen set. Through notes, interviews, and addendums the specter's past will be revealed. Through incident reports, the beneficial and negative effects of the object will be revealed. The benefits will range from healing to protection. But the negative will range from light injury to near-keter events. The Spirit and the objects are separate.

This SCP provides a great service to its Site. However, the positive effects come with strict rules and consequences. But not deadly consequences.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a modified humanoid containment unit at Site-██. SCP-XXXX is to be and is set in one of the corners of the containment unit, opposite the entrance. The containment unit has been and is to be, decorated to look like a large plantation kitchen from the late 1800s, with three tables that can seat six people each.¹.

There is an exclusion zone around SCP-XXXX of 1 meter. This has been marked off by teal and green tiles. No personnel are allowed beyond this barrier except for experimentation. All experiments have to be approved by personnel with SCP-XXXX-Level 3 access or above and by SCP-XXXX-1.

A sign will be posted at the entrance to SCP-XXXX's containment unit at all times. This sign will list the rules and regulations for all authorized personnel at Site-██, who wish to interact with SCP-XXXX-1. Authorization will be given to all personnel Class C and above upon completion of authorization form SCP-XXXX-AR-1.²

The door to SCP-XXXX's containment room remains open at all times. The only time it is closed is if there is an environmental hazard that could threaten SCP-XXXX's welfare or during a containment breach. If a containment breach occurs at Site-XX, at least two personnel are required to report to SCP-XXXX's containment room and follow procedure SCP-XXXX-CB-1.

Open Additional Special Containment Procedures

All interactions with SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3 are to be done only if they approach the personnel first. Only feed SCP-XXXX-2 and or 3 food after the provided meal has been completed. Do not attempt to feed SCP-XXXX-2 or 3 unapproved substances. See SCP-XXXX-2/3-Food list for all approved substances.

Cleaning staff and or personnel should always report to SCP-XXXX-1 at dawn, local time, to clean the containment room. The sunrise schedule can be found in the document labeled SCP-XXXX-SRSch.

All procedures and forms concerning SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-C, CN01, and CN02 are located in the document binder, SCP-XXXX-DB-1, next to the doorway of SCP-XXXX's containment room. All personal are to review this binder and complete SCP-XXXX-AR-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a cast iron kitchen set comprised of the following;

1. One 2 meter long, 85-centimeter wide, 2.5-meter tall cast iron, wood fire stove (SCP-XXXX-CIS).
2. One 2 meter long, 75-centimeter wide, 1.6-meter tall cast iron icebox (SCP-XXXX-CIIB).
3. One 2 meter long, 80-centimeter wide, 90-centimeter tall cast iron and porcelain kitchen sink (SCP-XXXX-CISNK).
4. One 2 meters long, 1.5-meter wide, 90-centimeter tall cast iron storage island with a large hardwood counter (SCP-XXXX-CIC).

SCP-XXXX-CIS, CIIB, CISNK, and CIC are connected by a metal band that runs in a warp and weft weave pattern between each item. This band measures 30 centimeters wide and is comprised primarily of brass. It is inlaid with arcane symbols made out of quartz. The symbols are Germanic Futhark in origin. However, they do not follow any known syntax or structure. The band is designated SCP-XXXX-B

SCP-XXXX covers a 3 by 3.3-meter area when each object is set apart per the maximum length of the given brass weave.

When a human enters the containment unit or within ten meters of SCP-XXXX, if SCP-XXXX is placed in an open space greater than 21 square meters, three spectral entities will manifest.
