Special Containment Procedures: Any road leading to an instance of SCP-xxxx-1 is to immediately be shut down. Any vehicle within a 3 mile radius of SCP-xxxx-1 is to be stop and the driver given Class-A amnestics. If any persons vehicle was “attacked” by SCP-xxxx-1 the vehicle is to be sent to the nearest junk yard and the driver given Class-A amnestics

Description: SCP-xxxx is a phenomenon that effects stoplights is the city of Bakersfield, CA. SCP-xxxx usually manifest within stop lights during times of 12am - 12pm and if there is currently no vehicle in a 4 mile radius from the stoplight. Stoplights manifested by SCP-xxxx (hereby referred to as SCP-xxxx-1) will be shown to produce seemingly random colors through the lights of SCP-xxxx-1 even if SCP-xxxx-1 is unable to produce these colors.

If a vehicle comes within a 3 mile radius from SCP-xxxx-1 all of its lights will turn green. If the vehicle comes within a 2 mile radius from SCP-xxxx-1, SCP-xxxx-1 lights will turn red. Once the vehicle is 1 mile away from SCP-xxxx-1 the vehicles tires will suddenly disappear as well as all the gasoline in the vehicle. If the vehicle is still in front of SCP-xxxx-1, SCP-xxxx-1 will begin to shake violently and flash white light. approximately 2 minutes later 13 stoplights will materialize around the vehicle and violently attack and destroy the vehicle. 1 hour later all the stoplights will disappear as well as SCP-xxxx-1.
