SCP-5776 in Containment

Object Class: Safe Thaumiel
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5776 is to be kept in a 10m x 10m x 10m concrete containment cell in Site-19. The object is to be restrained in he center of the cell within a 1m³ container of 4cm thick transparent glass. This container is to be internally lit at all time. No Maintenance is required to SCP-5776 as it does not appear to Rust.
Foundation Personal are allowed to use SCP-5776 in the event of a Euclid or Keter class Containment Breach. SCP-5776 must be returned to it's cell after the event has been cleared. MTF Unit Epsilon-11 is allowed to use SCP-5776 for containment of Euclid or Keter class SCP objects.
Description: SCP-5776 is a .50 AE Desert Eagle Mark XIX Semi-automatic pistol which has the letter S inscribed on it. All of its Outer Parts are similar to a Normal Model. The Inner Parts are replaced with various unknown devices made of [REDACTED]. The Outer Shell is made of an alloy mostly comprising of Titanium and Zinc, the two composing 68.4% and 27.6 respectively. The Remaining Percentage of Composition is Made from Unknown Metals. It approximately weights about 4.7 kilograms(10.36 pounds).
SCP-5776 has the ability to penetrate through and hurt any living or Artificial Material. The subject who is shot by SCP-5776 will be instantly affected by severe physical trauma and will die if the subject is not strong enough.
It is unknown that where the bullet comes from as there is always no rounds in the Magazine of SCP-5776. The Bullet will stop and disappear after successfully penetrating through the target. There is a Finger Print Reader on the grip of SCP-5776 which matches with only one person (hereafter referred to as "SCP-5776-1"). The Location and Details about SCP-5776-1 are unknown. The Purpose of the Finger Print Reader is also unknown.

Initial Discovery:
SCP-5776 was discovered at the Main Entrance of Site-19 at 7/16/2013 with a note. The note reads:
"I Don't need this Anymore. This Warrior's Right Hand has helped me overcome many difficult situations. But I need to let it go and start taking care of my family. They need me. It's better if you guys lock this up. That's what you do right? Locking up Anomalous Objects?"
Test log:
Test A - 10/23/2013
Target: 10cm thick sheet of solid steel.
Results: The Bullet pierces through the Sheet, making huge hole in the center.
Test B - 11/3/2013
Target: A M1A2 SEP Tank
Results: The Tank explodes, creating a huge fireball.
Test C - 3/13/2014
Target: D-6481, 27 year old Hispanic male
Results: The Bullet pierces through D-6481's atrium, creating a huge cavity. D-6481 died on the spot.
