a library that makes people disappear and removes all traces of their existence, then writes their life stories into a different book on the shelves of the library.
once all shelves are full, the library expands itself to other surrounding buildings to create more space to write peoples lives in the books.
the SCP is currently the size of a small village and has now stopped expanding. the area in question has been removed from all official public databases. all roads connecting to the town have been re- constructed and diverted away. a 100 metre exclusion zone has been set up around the area and 30 armed security personnel patrol the outer area of the village to ensure its confidentiality is kept intact and no one attempts to breach the library, for fear of the library expanding out beyond the village with the addition of more books.
if any unauthorised personnel are caught within the exclusion zone, they should be detained and administered a high level amnestic.
not much is know about the SCP's origin as who ever was the first to be consumed has now had their existence removed from history.
