Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5XXX-B is to be kept at a secure filing cabinet at Site-██ alongside SCP-5XXX-C and SCP-5XXX-D. Only researchers with Level 3 clearance or above are allowed access to SCP-5XXX-B, C and D.

Description: SCP-5XXX-B is a torn notebook page with the ability to complete any wish written on it. There are other instances similar to SCP-5XXX-B with the same properties.
Wishes written on these SCP's can occur at any given time, any alterations that happen outside of testing will be tracked down onto the person who wrote them. Depending on the severity of these alterations you will either be removed from the research team or terminated on sight.

These SCP's have proven to be indestructible, any attempts at destroying them will inflict the damage back onto the subject. As of now, there is no way to stop these wishes from happening.

Once a twish is completed on one of the SCP's it will anomalously check itself and will completely disappear from the SCP in a matter of 5 days to make room for more.

Addendum:
After interviewing SCP-5XXX-A it has been confirmed that these SCP's are responsible for the global disasters that have taken place in 2020. There are some entries that haven't been completed yet and they are rather worrying. After being questioned about this SCP-5XXX-A said that they were just a "stupid little kid when they made it" and that they had no way of knowing if these would ever happen. Looks like the world has to prepare for the worse.

Item Name: The Shapeshifting Car

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the anomalous nature of SCP-7748, containment is impossible. So instead it will be frequently monitored by Foundation staff.

Description: SCP-7748 is a shapeshifting entity that currently resides in ███████, of the Czech Republic, it's appearance consists that with the car preference of the individual affected by it, red coloring and a license plate with "1BEHAPPY" written on it. The inside of the car cannot be viewed as the glass is black stained.

Once an individual who is displaying negativity enters the range of SCP-7748 the anomaly will manifest itself close to them, when the individual engages in visual contact with SCP-7748 they will feel more positive and remain that way for the rest of the day, once the person is far away SCP-7748 will enter a 'dormant' state, becoming invisible to any other civilian until another individual displaying negativity appears. Individuals who are experiencing positivity cannot see SCP-7748 during it's active state.

If the person attempts to break into or damage SCP-7748 in any way they will suffer an instantaneous heart attack on spot.
