Seeking Greenlights: Yes
Page Type: SCP Article
Genre: Intrigue
Elevator Pitch: A room resembling the U.S. Senate consisting of 100 seats, 1 of them being a seat facing the rest. The SCP creates and passes future events by doing so: The main seat/desk which faces the rest has a piece of paper on it, from time to time, ink will appear on the paper and write a future event, then the 99 seats will vote on this event. They vote by raising a colored wooden stick which is attached to the desk, if the stick is red, the seat is against, if the stick is green, the seat is with. It is unknown what or who is actually voting, but it is believed that those seats are somewhat sentient. (This SCP does not follow the actual process of passing a 'law'.)
Central Narrative: None
Hook/Attention-Grabber: It is intriguing and scary. This senate-like room could create a future event which would have a bad outcome.
Additional Notes: Future events can be written on piece of paper manually, however they would still have to be voted on.
