SCP-XXXX came to the Foundation's on June 12, 19██ after a hospital in █████, Japan reported multiple patients being admitted by local firefighters and law enforcement presenting with instances of gangrenous pressure ulcers, severe starvation, and fungal/bacterial infections originating from poor hygiene, most of which expired due to these complications. After further investigation, all individuals admitted were found to have conversed with Uchida Masato, a fisherman in the town, as well as amongst each other. All admitted patients were described to be unwilling to eat by their own accord despite demanding food, and would only do so when fed by medical staff. Similarly, patients express distress when asked to perform acts of basic self-care, though they show appreciation when said acts are performed for them.
