Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be placed at Site-██ in a soundproof and monitored holding cell with basic amenities. SCP-XXXX is not to be allowed any form of a musical instrument or writing tool. If SCP-XXXX is observed to be dancing, singing, or engaging in any festive activities, SCP-XXXX is to be anesthetized and questioned.
All personnel wishing to perform experimentation are to be equipped with soundproof equipment and an internal communication system, and SCP-XXXX is to be gagged and restrained when being transported. Personnel (regardless of clearance level) who have been exposed to SCP-XXXX's vocalizations are to undergo mandatory psychological screening and amnestic treatment. No personnel except D-class personnel involved in testing are to engage in SCP-XXXX under any circumstances.
