Special Containment Procedures: To prevent the affects of SCP-XXXX, greenhouse industries are to be active releasing gas, to prevent Neon from entering the Troposphere. At least 3 greenhouses are to be located in a 65 kilometer radius of human habitation. Greenhouses are to stay on at all times. If a greenhouse is damaged, revisions are to be made immediately. At least 3 ton of greenhouse gasses should be produced every day. If any procedure fails, copious amounts of HCF will be released in the Troposphere to attempt to prevent SCP-XXXX. An estimated 99.7% of the population will be eradicated due to SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the affect of a plan from a industry named Strenuous called, Health Plan Large (HPL.) The plan is a dosage given to somebody to prevent diseases such as, rabies, aids, all viruses, breast cancer, bone cancer, and brain cancer. You inhale the dosage through an inhaler of unknown chemicals that would, create a reaction to the body when it makes contact with Neon. This reaction would cause, astronomical amounts of tumors, distorted stretched body parts, and death. If exposed to Neon for 10 minutes with HPL, your body would distort and degrade rapidly. In approximately 25 minutes, the exterior of your body is made of gas, exposing your organs. 30 minutes later, your body will have been fully converted to Neon.
To prevent SCP-XXXX, greenhouse gasses are used to react with Neon to convert it into hydrofluorocarbons. An abundant amount has to be used in order to create a reaction with the Neon. This'll prevent Neon from spreading, which'll then prevent SCP-XXXX from deteriorating.

Dr. Ingram, "It's currently March 25, 20██, and we found out some crazy shit. The research team and I found a hospital named Strenuous, that had supposedly cured aids, rabies, and some cancers. On their website, they made an article explaining, how this plan called Health Plan Large, would cure the diseases, how it was free, and the side affects. The website claimed there were no side affects. After doing research, the team and I found something strange. On their website, they claimed that they were publicly funded, but Strenuous is a privately funded business. In fact, there are no connections between the government and Strenuous. After this, we attempted to find one of the Strenuous hospitals. The only problem was, there were no hospitals. The team couldn't find an address on the website, so we found other websites correlating with this one, and we found an address called ████ ███████ ██████. When we got to the address, it led us to a hospital named, Forest Regulated Medical Care. The strangest thing was, this website led us to 1,000's more websites of other hospitals across the world. The 4th day of doing research, the website shut down. The URL no longer exists. After that, we found nothing else about Strenuous. researching is still being conducted."
Addendum 02:
Dr. Ingram, On March 30th, ████, we found a connection between all of these correlating website. All of them are publicly funded. All of them are funded by the government they reside in. We also found a certain vaccine/medicine that's distributed by every single hospital. They all have different names, and they all have different affects, but they all get it from one area called ███████████. We're going to head there and see what this is all about.
Dr. Groves, This is fucking bad. Really really bad. The original person who was documenting this is now dead. They went to the location, and it was a trap. The entire fucking area exploded. I was monitoring their movements on a computer. I saw the entire fucking area explode on a drone. The thing was like 10,000 metric tons. How the fuck could they have pulled something like that? These little shits aren't normal, they're something else. I'll be documenting the addendum for now on. We'll have to investigate a fuck ton on these cunts.

Dr. Groves, We deliberately searched all hospitals we found from the website. We looked at the blueprints and layouts for every single building we searched. We found that medicine that we were attempting to find originally. This is what they wanted to hide from us so much, they had to scorch an entire fucking search team. We're doing test on the product now.
Dr. Groves, On April 3rd, ████, we found something crazy. After 3 straight days of testing this on a Class D, we finally found what they were trying to hide. We tested the element gas, Neon on the subject, then his body started deforming. The subject started developing tumors in rapid rates. Then, his body started to dissolve. After that, his body had dissipated. A re-evaluation on the element Neon is being made immediately.
