Special Containment Procedures: The area and roads surrounding the manifestation zone of SCP-XXXX are to be stationed with guard and patrol units at all times. Any vehicle passing with children ages 11 and below are to be denied access into SCP-XXXX. Any reports of figures spotted within SCP-XXXX are to be covered up and amnestics administered.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 5km area surrounding several roads in West Virginia, USA. Any child age 11 and below are affected by the memetic properties of SCP-XXXX. Once affected, children report seeing dark, humanoid figures partially obscured by surrounding objects, hereby designated SCP-XXXX-1. Upon seeing SCP-XXXX-1 entities, children report sensing overwhelming dread, though no long term damage is observed.
Initial recovery and containment: Following several reports of "faceless men watching from trees" in the area. Amnestics were administered to local towns, and tests were made to determine the exact area of the anomalous effects.
