Special Contamination Procedures:
Due to the enormous size of SCP-Yeet, no known object on the earth is large enough or even strong enough to contain it. Negotiations have been made with NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) to use their multiple Satellites which will be used for the purpose of monitoring on the location of SCP-Yeet. While size is a key factor of why there is no containment procedure in effect on SCP-Yeet it is in fact just unnecessary since the slumbering giant has been docile since back when [DATA EXPUNGED]. Awakening of SCP-Yeet must be reported to Said Overseer Agent and a NEFUK class end-of-the-world-scenario must be swiftly activated.
Description:
SCP-Yeet is a large four (4) legged Quadrupedal walker resembling a mantis with current estimations putting its size at over 2 Kilometers long if it were to stand on its back legs and three hundred (300) meters wide. On April the fourth (4) its location had been observed to be around the Antarctic Archipelago. A twelve (12) kilometer exclusion zone has been made due to SCP-Yeet making sounds louder than some nuclear explosions that could destroy eardrums but only affects the twelve (12) kilometers around it. Scientists in the Arctic have been informed by the Foundation to refrain from diving there with many past stories explaining people dying and having their ears bleed for no reason, but of course, SCP-Yeet is the reason for this now with current information on it. If any changes, for example, the sound of the sounds get louder and extend the Exclusion zone then it should be immediately reported to the Said Overseer Agent assigned to the monitoring of SCP-Yeet and a NEFUK class end-of-the-world-scenario should be activated.
Awakening of SCP-Yeet will be the main reason for the sounds it generates get louder but it is unclear if when SCP-Yeet awakens from its slumber if the sound it generates will continue or it will stop, just as if a human would sleep and snore and when the individual wakes up it stops. This is the best guess we can make so far.
More Thorough explanation on SCP-Yeet Appearance and Effects:
Two (2) long wings on SCP-Yeet back which are over 5.2 Kilometers long each with more wings extending off the main wings which are usually at a size over 0.5 - 0.3 kilometers long each. These wings extending off the main wings are also very luminous and create a dark purple neon light.
SCP-Yeet head also looks like a mantiss head while also resembling the head of a Atta Cephalotes Soldier Ant.
Four (4) Limbs that have two (2) joints. Each limb extending over three hundred (300) meters with the back legs being two hundred and sixty-two (262) meters and the ends of the limbs don’t have any fingers or anything else extending off them. The ends of the limbs look like hooves but more square - like.
A glowing substance which has a Black/Purple neon color that secretes from SCP-Yeet has been observed to be a rich form of highly concentrated oil which the Foundation has taken into consideration of using it for research and selling it as petroleum which might lead to SCP-Yeet
