SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: (CODENAME) EPSILONDELTA-456333D-5677
SCP-XXXX is currently located at the SCP Foundation Site-06-3 however there is currently ongoing disagreement on whether SCP-XXXX should be moved to Area-02 or remain in the current location due to multiple complications. However as SCP-XXXX is currently residing in Site-06-3 the standard security measures are to remain.
Currently SCP-XXXX Remains locked in a padded room with no windows. SCP-XXXX is on sucide and temper management watch. It’s door is not electrical and is a key and hinge lock door. Inside the room consists of a bed, a desk with a laptop and an exposed bathroom. The room has an automatic sedative release trigger during a meltdown of the patience emotion. In such case all personnel are advised to leave room immediately.
Upon Escape of containment SCP-XXXX is to be first calmed down. SCP-XXXX has a Temper that if not calmed can grow and make the subject more lethal and dangerous. However through current trials of anger management therapy this has become less and less of a problem.
If SCP-XXXX’s anger is not quelled though, non lethal force should be required to neutralize the subject. Upon neutralization it is required that the subject is to be taken to a padded room and put into a straightjacket as the subject has a negative emotional response once calmed, may encourage them to take their own lives
If SCP-XXXX has developed to a certain level of anger then it is required by security of Site-06-3 to request reinforcement from nearby SCP foundation officials such as Containment Specialist, and are to cooperate with each other. If a negative aggressive attitude continues than a tactical response officer has permission to enter the current site with Non lethal equipment.
Note-1: SCP-XXXX is extremely manipulative and persuasive, this will be later documented about in the article, but Security and Aid personnel should be aware of this and should, if possible inform another member of site staff if the subject manages to convince their way out of containment. If SCP-XXXX is able to escape through means of manipulation then it is advised that a member of site personnel to gently ask the subject to return to containment.
Until Further Notice these containment protocols should be followed strictly until further notice about location, as well as OBJECT CLASS and THREAT LEVEL.
Note-2: If SCP-XXXX Escapes containment it is advised to contact MTF ALPHA-1 (Right Red Hand) and evacuate all inhabited land surrounding the facility. All facility Staff is to lock down the facility to the best of their ability and lock all other SCP’s until SCP-XXXX has been detained.
Description:
SCP-XXXX Is identified as a dark haired male Mongoloid-B Mongoloid-C and Caucasoid, its skin color is a light brown/tan and takes the appearance of a short muscular 14 year old boy. When upset subject SCP-XXXX tends to show signs of pigment change in the skin, resulting in a red when angry and white when depressed. Records show that SCP-XXXX was sent to both public and private schools achieving A+ grades in a majority of it’s classes. SCP-XXXX is naturally resistant to gun fire and melee weaponry. Currently the cause is unknown.
SCP-XXXX is Physiologically normal during most instances, however when attempting, it can easily hide in small spaces and get through tight openings by bending its limbs in abnormal ways. During a period of extreme negative emotion the subjects skin tends to turn red which becomes more and more noticeable as the subject further loses its bearings. This Red skin also raises above 50°C and can potentially burn someone who come in contact with the subject.
SCP-XXXX No longer cares about its appearance after it’s ‘mother’ ████ ████ died. However for a unparticular reason SCP-XXXX cares very much about it’s hair. SCP-XXXX Therapists have told researchers about this and mentioned that SCP-XXXX does this to distract itself. Staff have been told to avoid messing with the subjects hair as it can cause them to go into one of their aggressive tantrums.
Emotionally SCP-XXXX is erratic and random. During some points of the day it has acted nicely and calmly as if it was seemingly a normal homosapien child. However there have been reports of SCP-XXXX showing passive aggressive behavior and carrying a sarcastic attitude. These reports came from security who during such incidents felt a sudden shift in the room from calm and relaxed, to them feeling in a state of danger. SCP-XXXX tends to just carry an uncaring attitude most of the time, in this state he is narcissistic and lacks empathy, showing signs of being a sociopath. Quote by a security officer in facility, "SCP-XXXX sits in a single corner all day, he is uncaring and un empathetic towards other. However Class D personnel find it unsettling when giving subject SCP-XXXX sustenance.
The "creep" effect is a human reaction when around a being of abnormality or danger. Out of all personnel who have entered SCP-XXXX only 3 have come out with out this feeling of being in danger. Only one of which has survived past a month. Currently D-X45JJK is residing in quarantine on Site [Data Expunged] and is currently going through testing to see if SCP-XXXX can somehow track their location.
Unique Abilities:
Manipulation- Subject SCP-XXXX shows signs of being able to easily manipulate things around them. It surprised researchers that as he remained inside of Site-06-3 he gained the ability to manipulate even technology. During eight of 17 escape attempts, SCP-XXXX managed to open the doors just by talking to them. This resulted in changing the electronic door controls to a simple iron door locked by multiple keys and latches. Later audio recordings will be posted.
Strength Enhancement- During a fit of negative emotions Subject SCP-XXXX had gained incredible amounts of strength, being able to easily lift items such as large cars and buses. It has also been shown that they’re able to break through concrete walls connected to other buildings and can rip through metal. This has increased his threat level as they are able to easily tear through flesh and snap bones. It is theorized by some of SCP-XXXX that at maximum strength they are able to destroy large structures. During subject SCP-XXXX capture in Idaho Texas they were able to cause an earthquake with a simple punch to the ground.
Enhanced Speed and Agility- Naturally subject SCP-XXXX is a fast runner and can quickly move around tight spaces due to its nimble small body. However during a fit of rage this is enhanced by a massive scale factor, they can run at speeds of 321 km/h and their bones and muscles can shrink or expand based on what their obstacles are. During one of SCP-XXXX escape attempts, he had managed to get angry enough to access these abilities and was found in Sector [REDACTED] crawling on walls. This caused [Data Expunged] to theorize that SCP-XXXX hand somehow adjust the way their skin reacts to surfaces.
Feral Instincts- Although argued whether this is a natural fight or flight reaction SCP-XXXX will become feral after a certain point in their tantrum. During this state of ferociousness SCP-XXXX will become extremely dangerous, and the Right Red Hand should be informed immediately as well as Area-02’s site director _ as well as 05 Council member ricktofen will need to be contacted.
History of SCP-XXXX:
SCP-XXXX was found in █████ Texas, following a report from Field Agent [REDACTED] before the agent’s death. The threat level reported by the agent was major. Upon the arrival of MTF ALPHA-1, the only thing left in the town was a young male figure (SCP-XXXX) crying in the middle of the wreck. Everything in the town was destroyed and crushed to rumble. Encounter with SCP-XXXX was met with hostility and mass casualties. The SCP Foundation successfully captured SCP-XXXX Out of the task force sent to detain SCP-XXXX only a ¼ of them returned.The SCP Foundation successfully removed any traces of the towns existence protecting all SCP parties involved. Once sent to the SCP center for location of anomalies, SCP-XXXX was very kind and polite to investigators. Due to this behavior, staff let their guard down around him and SCP-XXXX was able to manipulate Class C and D to help them escape. The result of this ended with the termination of all involved except SCP-XXXX. After a psych evaluation, SCP-XXXX was determined docile enough to be relocated to Site-06-3 in 2018.
During its time in Site-06-3, SCP-XXXX managed to successfully escape containment ████ times but has only left the Site 2 times during containment.
NOTE-3 (FINAL): Subject SCP-XXXX is an extremely complicated figure and has unique abilities, currently Security of Area-06-3 and Researchers have been arguing over weather or not to list Subject SCP-XXXX Safe or possibly Thaumiel class due to its unique abilities to manipulate almost anything and use it for SCP Foundation purposes, or to make it Euclid or Keter class due to its dangerous nature.

Addendum: XXXX-02: Recording Transcript
The following transcript recording between one of the C-Class staff and Subject SCP-XXXX. The C-Class staff was performing routine check ups on SCP-XXXX.
C-Class Staff: (silence with the occasional clutter of medical equipment)
SCP-XXXX: ….What are you Doing?
C-Class Staff: …I'm Performing a routine check up on you, just as I do with all of your kind that come here?
SCP-XXXX: …My Kind?
C-Class Staff: You're an anomaly, something that's different in this world. You’ve been classified as a SCP-XXXX. It’s pretty much your prisoner sentence.
SCP-XXXX: Why am I going to Prison?
C-Class Staff: You're not, we're protecting you making sure you don’t get hurt… Or hurt others. That's what SCP means Secure, Contain and Protect.
SCP-XXXX: So I am a prisoner.
C-Class Staff: No your not, were not locking you up here.
SCP-XXXX: You sure, cause it sounds like i’m not given a choice here. I just want to go home…
C-Class Staff: Well, that's a good thing…
SCP-XXXX: What do you mean?
C-Class Staff: During your little temper tantrum you killed a lot of people, and your town is in ruins.
(At this point in time the staff member had already committed multiple violations of rules including talking to the SCP anomaly despite rules saying no conversation is allowed with their position)
SCP-XXXX: WAIT WHAT, I-I Did what?! What ABout my family, my MOM, my DAD, my little sister ████ what happened to them? Are they OK.
C-Class Staff: …….
(The conversation stops until the staff member finishes his work, during an interview before termination the staff member remarks how quiet and dead eye’d SPC-XXXX was)
(The staff member begins to leave, suddenly SCP-XXXX drops to the floor sobbing and screaming about it’s family)
C-Class Staff: …. h-hey kid calm down, it’s ok I errr.
SCP-XXXX: NO, MY FAMILY I-I KILLED THEM… (the subject continues to sob)

(During a later interview with all staff manipulated, they mention a parental instinct going through them. Telling them to obey the subject to make them feel better. Even with some of the more emotionally dead staff)
(the Class C staff leaves and SCP-XXXX immediately stops crying. Throughout their time alone SCP-XXXX alternated between silence and laughter. When Lone Class D staff entered SCP-XXXX room they had engaged in interesting conversations, all convincing them that SCP-XXXX did not belong in the SCP HQ and needed to be released. Multiple fire fights would soon ensue between SCP-XXXX(#) and security and task forces stationed at SCP HQ. Inevitably SCP security and etc won with several Casualties and prevented anybody from talking to SCP-XXXX for the rest of it’s time at SCP HQ)

(During this moment, security breached the room, sedated and removed SCP-XXXX away from SCP-706. This Incident had caused numerous physiological effects of SCP-706. It is still unaware as to where SCP-XXXX gained this information, as most of the information cannot be accessed by anyone without Level 3 personnel which excludes security.)

SCP-XXXX has proven itself ever more provocative, it has escaped it's containment cell multiple times and killed several staff. However we are doing more and more trials and we are beginning to believe that SCP-XXXX could prove to be more useful than harmful.
My team had split itself in two over and argument. Some of us on the team excluding myself are wanting to place SCP-XXXX into Area 02 and want to place SCP-XXXX as a Keter Class Organism due to numerous… Incidents. Although My entire team does agree that SCP-XXXX can be incredibly dangerous about half the team thinks that if we were to some how tame SCP-XXXX that it can prove useful for us and possible become a Thaumiel class organism. It has proven exceptionally resourceful and we think that with possible operations SCP-XXXX could become one of the Foundations strongest SCP Agents. However We will continue to wait for Your output, and the 05 Councils.
Until than, we would like to conduct test with SCP-XXXX and SCP-173. From the research we had done on SCP-173 we think that SCP-XXXX may be able to close it's eyes around the Statue. My team and I believe this due to Class D reports of SCP-173 being one of the most Empathetic things the Foundation has, unclassified written reports say that, "SCP-173 understands the burden of living, and when I look at it i'm unable to help the idea of ending it all right than and there. It understands my pain and wishes to end it." From this report we believe that Introducing SCP-XXXX which does not understand or have Empathy, that it might be able to survive it. We would like to do some final test and await for Site Director of Site-19 to respond to my emails

Hello █████, The Security team is making this complaint due to numerous casualties amongst members of staff and request that SCP-XXXX be removed from Site-06-3 and moved to Site-19 or to Area-02. We are also asking that you make SCP-XXXX due to its destructive power. Since we received SCP-XXXX a few months ago he has made over 20+ escape attempts, 8 of them resulted in casualties. 2 have resulted in mass casualties and loss of important staff. Over 27 people have died in the last 3 months. Half my remaining team is currently in therapy. Most of them will likely ask to be transferred are their memories of the past few months wiped.
