Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4363 is to be kept in a 366 cm x 366 cm x 366 cm sound proof container, with metal walls behind the sound proof walls. Any security that enters SCP 4363’s chamber is to be carrying some kind of ranged non-lethal electroshock weapon. If at anytime SCP-4363 begins screeching, all personnel inside, or in a 12 foot radius of the chamber are to be evacuated and brought to a psychologist on site.
There are to be no more than 3 Class D Personnel to enter the chamber of SCP 4363, allowing more than 3 personnel will result in a demotion, or the disallowing of working with any SCP’s for as long as 4 months.
Description: SCP-4363 is a being with physical features of a Brown Rat (Rattus Norvegicus), SCP-4363 is approximately 160 centimeters in height, and has the exact head shape as a brown rat, but the head size of a human, this SCP also has a tail. SCP-4363 is a grayish brownish color, which also connects it to the brown rat, but it's eyes are completely blue, and it has no pupils. SCP-4363 appears to act completely docile and will literally walk around in circles in it's chamber, until a living entity comes within 18 feet of SCP-4363, there have been no successful ways to get SCP-4363 to talk though. When a living entity walk within an 18 feet radius, the entity will begin to experience signs of schizophrenia (See the tests for more details). In each test, the subject sees something different than the subject before them, but all of the subjects have reported to see SCP-4363’s eyes melt, and the now liquid eyes begin to attach to the subjects limbs, making it hard for the subject to move at all, even though the subjects are seeing this, the people running the tests aren’t seeing anything unusual, besides SCP-4363 staring into the eyes of the subject.
After seeing many terrible things, the subject is then paralyzed, and eaten by SCP-4363. A test was done to see if SCP-4363 can feel pain, or to see if it can regenerate at all, in the test a unit was instructed to fire one bullet at SCP-4363’s right shoulder, SCP-4363 had no initial reaction to this, and the bullet wound actually remained there, causing SCP-4363 to bleed a small amount. In the same test, about 20 minutes after SCP-4363 was shot, it had fully regenerated its right shoulder, but approximately 44 minutes after it had been fully healed, SCP-4363 began to experience intense amount of pain and started to screech. After SCP-4363 was done screeching, it then paralyzed everyone in a 44 foot radius, and broke all glass in a 29 foot radius, SCP-4363 then escaped it's containment by unknown means, ███ number of people were killed in the process and the site went into a total lockdown, and a containment breach was signaled.
During the lockdown, Security Guard ███ obtained a Vipertek VTS-989 Stun Gun and proceeded to fire it at SCP-4363, resulting in everyone paralyzed to become cured of paralysis and SCP-4363 became unconscious and no longer had it's anomalous effect for approximately ███ hours. Once the SCP was contained, sound proof walls were added to it's containment chamber.

Doctor ███: “D-5783 Please enter SCP-4363’s chamber for testing”
D-5783: “What if I don’t”
Doctor ███: “Then you will be terminated D-5783”
Doctor ███: “Now enter the chamber”
D-5783: “Geez alright, chill out”
D-5783 Enters SCP-4363’s Chamber
The door closes behind him
D-5783: “Yo wait why did you guys need to close the door, is there something dangerous with this dude”
Doctor ███: “No, just to make sure of no containment breaches, now approach SC-”
D-5783: “wait what is it doing?”
Doctor ███: “Please explain to us what you see”
D-5783: “Uhh, OH GOD, uhh, it's uhh, it's eyes are uhh, JESUS IT'S EYES ARE MELTING, YOU GUYS NEED TO GET ME OUT OF HERE NOW”
D-5783 begins to yell and scream, as if in fear for his life
Doctor ███: “D-5783 please calm down, we just need you to tell us what you’re seeing”
D-5783: “NO NO HE’S GOING TO KILL ME, PLEASE LET ME OUT”
D-5783 Begins banging on the door
Doctor ███: “D-5783 Calm down right now, or you will be terminated”
D-5783 then falls to the ground and stays still, as if something is grabbing him
SCP 4363 then proceeds to [REDACTED], resulting in the death of D-5783
Doctor ███: “Guards, leave him, this SCP is clearly more dangerous than we thought, begin bringing subjects in for tests to find out what it's weakness is”
Test B - 03/16/20██
Doctor ███: “Before we begin this test I would like to say that tests for the recontainment of SCP-4363 are still undergoing, and as of now, any personnel must be level 3 or above to access the containment chamber of this SCP”.
Doctor ███: “D-5902 please enter SCP 4363’s chamber for testing”
D-5902 proceeds to enter SCP-4363’s chamber
Doctor ███: “Tell us what you see”
D-5902: “I see this rat looking thing, actually I uh, I see about three of them, one is blue, one is gray, and one is yellow.”
Doctor ███: “Thank you, please try to conversate with SCP-4363”
D-5902: “Hey, weird rat thing, what’s being going on recently, and more importantly why are your eyes melting?”
Doctor ███: “Guards, please terminate D-5902”
D-5902: “Wait hold on, wait what did I do, I complied with you in every way possible”
Doctor ███: “For testing”
Guards proceed to fire at D-5902
SCP-4363 looks up at Doctor ██ and walks away
Doctor ███: “Thank you guards, testing will be held until we can find a way to stop SCP-4363 from killing targets”
