Containment Procedures:
Vega is to be contain in a cell of 2.13 x 2.13 Meter of soft padding that is with a normal hard wood floor in the cell connected to a bathroom. The padding must be regularly checked due to Vega abilities. The surrounding padding is used to distance the research team from a safe distance without being affected immediately. The room contains a single twin bed; a book case of adventure, fantasy, and science books that should be taken every two months and to be replace by new books. Art supplies that should always be in stock, a desk, and couch facing a TV. The TV is connected to a gaming system and other gaming devices.
Any Staff members when near Vega must drink some from of energy drink to maintain awareness. All staff members must be rotated every four to six hours. If any personnel begins to feel a slight drowsy effect before the four hour mark, they should be moved to a different area. So far there is no supplement that can reverse the drowsy affects that Vega gives off.
Description
Vega is a teenage female of Hispanic descent and is currently seventeen. Her eyes are completely dark purple, blue, with white dots regardless of any light present. She currently weighs 47.62 kg(105 pounds) and 1.524 Meters (5'5 ft) tall. Any living being being exposed to Vega regardless of previous rest will fall asleep.So far the amount of time before any creatures will fall asleep is fifteen minutes. Vega has the ability to heal with her hands, she claims she can heal due to the symbols on her arms and back. On her right arm (starting from the shoulder) Vega has the twelve western zodiacs as their symbols, while Ophiuchus being on her right hand. All symbols are placed all over her arm but still maintain of order of house in astrology. Her left arm has the following constellation symbols placed in various parts of her arms:

- Orion
- Lupus Wolf
- Lynx
- Lyra
- Pegasus
- Cygnus
- Delphinus
- Apus
- Phoenix
- Hercules
- Crux
- Draco on her left hand
Both arms must be wrapped with medical bandages at all time. If arms are exposed for more than five minutes Vega will start experiencing skin irritation on her arms and rash will appear. Vega's back contains the twelve Chinese zodiac in a circle surrounding the four Celtic symbols of the elements. All symbols appear to be natural and are not visible unless close to Vega.
Vega offers to help the foundation medical wing because of her ability. When Vega is in the medical wing she must be accompanied by a doctor to observe the healing process. Her arms will glow a lavender and light blue when she heals. Her healing is restricted to physical wounds such as cuts, bruises, and some internal organ damage. Vega can't heal mental illness, and can't heal any delicate organs or organs that need specific care such as heart surgery. When Vega is healing any wounds she will experience pain through out her arms, the more she heals or the deeper the wound, the more pain she will experience on her arms. When Vega is done she must take a nap of four hours and be in bed as long as she needs to.
Addendum
Vega was discovered in Big Bend national park after reported cases of diurnal animals falling asleep in broad daylight. The Foundation took interest in these cases and sent a group of researchers and agents. The group had Dr. Miller, Dr.Anderson, Dr. Delossa, and two field agents. When the group landed at the designated area near the last sighting of the animals. When approaching the area the group discovered a herd of white tailed deer sleeping near a tent. As the group approached closer to the tent they saw Vega sleeping with a fawn sleeping near her. The agents notified the foundation and the Doctors checked the vitals of Vega and the fawn. The Foundation ordered the group to take Vega for further questioning.

Interviewer: [ Dr. Delossa]]
Foreword: [Vega was placed in a integration room until she has woken up. Dr. Delossa was on stand by in the office at Site 73].]<Begin Log, [2/05/ 2020 ] **Time: 7:25 PM]>**
Dr. Delossa: [What is your name?]
Vega: (The girl shifts uncomfortably in her seat and looks at the table.) [Vega.]
Dr. Delossa: [And why were you sleeping in tent in a National Park,Vega?]
Vega: (Vega looks around anxiously and looks down at the table again, few minutes passes.)
Dr. Delossa: [Do you know why there were deer sleeping outside your tent?]
Vega: [It's because of me, everything around me sleeps.]
Dr. Delossa: [Do you know why this occurs around you?]
Vega: (Vega takes a few minutes before answering.) [ No, it's always been like this.]
Dr. Delossa: [ When did this event started happening when you were a child or recently?]
Vega: (Vega shakes her head and crosses her arms over her chest.)
<End Log, PM>Closing Statement: [Vega was sent to a small containment cell for the time being. Dr. Delossa has asked the 05 council to continue further questioning.]
Interview Two

Interviewer: [Dr. Delossa]
Foreword: [After a few days Dr. Delossa and Vega are now closer, Vega appears to be less anxious around the doctor. Dr. Delossa will further question Vega's past.]

Dr. Delossa: [How are you Vega?]
Vega: [I'm good thank you, and you?]
Dr. Delossa: [I'm fine thank you for asking. Can you tell me more about yourself?]
Vega: [I-I don't remember growing up, I can only remember what happened a two] years ago. ]
Dr. Delossa:[ And what happened two years ago?]Vwga: [ I awoke up in a field with different types of flowers it was night time. There was a huge river that reflected the stars on the sky. I had a backpack filled with essential things. I don't know how I got there.]]
Dr. Delossa: [What else happened?]
Vega: [I walked around the area only to find myself in a field outside a city. When I turn around the field was gone, and it was daytime.]
Dr. Delossa: [Did you attempt to return to the field?]
Vega: [ Yes, but i only walked farther and father away from the city.]
Dr. Delossa: [Thank you for your cooperation Vega. That will be all for today.]
Vega: [ Your welcome Dr. Mr. Delossa.]
Dr. Doctor: [It's James] kid.]
