Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell with the addition of a soundproof interior. Interaction with SCP-XXXX is severely prohibited without level 2 clearance, as well as a psychological examination and background check beforehand.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 1.7 meter high caucasian male around the age of 30. To foundation members, it also appears to have a paper thin black bar of size 6 cm x 25cm, approximately 1 centimetre in front of it's eyes. The black bar hides SCP-XXXX's eyes no matter what position the viewer is at, and can be viewed to be at different places for different viewers. All sound based communication attempt made to foundation members by SCP-XXXX is masked by a 90 decibel censor noise similar to the type used in television broadcasts. Any type of written communication from the view of foundation members is hidden by black bars replacing what was written. Recording and photos taken of the specimen also exhibit the aforementioned effects. Individuals with a dislike for the foundation or individuals not associated with the foundation do not perceive any of the anomalies associated with SCP-XXXX, but many are easily persuaded by SCP-XXXX to commit acts of misconduct. It is unknown if this is due to the fact that all of the indiviuals who can hear it are not positively associated with the foundation, or if this is another one of SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties. The entity has an apparent dislike of the foundation, and resists cooperation in most circumstances.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found unconscious in an empty cell in a foundation site in Northern Quebec after security camera footage of that area had become black. The cell had previously contained SCP-████ and ████, and required a Level 3 security clearance to enter. The specimen was wearing a standard issue D-class uniform. It did not appear to have any visible wounds or scarring, but had multiple internal wounds to the near fatal degree.
