Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard matte black dial phone, however the dial-pad itself isn't there. There is no wire that connects SCP-XXXX to any outlets or any source of power. Any attempt to use the phone will result in static on the other end. This proves that SCP-XXXX is in fact active, but how is currently unknown. However, SCP-XXXX will ring at certain hours, these hours include: 12:00AM, 2:30PM, and 6:00AM. When answered at these hours, a male voice (SCP-XXXX-1) is heard on the other end of the line. SCP-XXXX-1 will proceed to ask questions about the subject, usually in an attempt to embarrass or expose deep secrets about the subject.
If the subject answers honestly, SCP-XXXX will reward the subject with praise, claiming that they can now begin "cleansing their soul", before hanging up. If not answered honestly or the subject hangs up, approximately 30 seconds after, the subject will go into cardiac arrest and die. It is currently unknown what causes this, however it is believed that it is some sort of memetic kill agent.
If nobody is around to pick up SCP-XXXX, a random phone, typically a pay phone or another dial phone will ring, usually within a radius of 50 kilometers. Anybody within hearing distance of the phone will be sent into cardiac arrest if nobody answers in the window of time. However, when a TIER III or higher jammer is applied to SCP-XXXX, it prevents SCP-XXXX-1 from being able to communicate, and prevents SCP-XXXX to call other lines.
