Report Log #01:
Date: 29/03/198█, 09:48am
This is the first recorded instance of SCP-XXXX. A fracture opened in the bullpen of the New York Police Department's 54th Precinct building, located at [REDACTED], encompassing an area of approximately 220m3 (exact measurements are unavailable due to the irregular polyhedral shape of the fracture). The fracture, upon opening, bifurcated two detectives at the waist, both sitting at their desks at the time of opening, killing them instantly, and severed both the legs of a third detective standing at the coffee machine, who later died as a result of blood loss. The fracture had also cut three desks in half and extended through an exterior window, shattering it, though a small portion of glass within the fracture remains in place, appearing to hover in the middle of the window frame.
Embedded Foundation Agent ██████ ███████ reported the appearance of an anomalous phenomenon at 09:52am. The building was evacuated and all witnesses to the fracture were administered Class-C amnestics and released, including all those under arrest in the holding cell adjacent to the bullpen. The entire building was then secured by the Foundation and has been officially declared "condemned" and allowed to become derelict with hoarding erected around the building and a section of MTF Sigma-XII stationed to guard the site.
The assigned member of the research team reports that this fracture is still open as of 22/02/2019.
Addendum to Report Log #01: Since the building was condemned and Foundation presence on the site began, there have been several incidents involving vandals and delinquents attempting to break on to the property and spray graffiti on the condemned building's walls. In every instance, the trespassers have been apprehended by MTF Sigma-XII, administered Class-C amnestics and released no less than two blocks from the site. On 16/06/199█ it was suggested by a member of MTF Sigma-XII to purposefully vandalise the exterior of the building and the external hoarding in an attempt to dissuade regular vandals from attempting to do to the same. The suggestion was forwarded to the lead researcher who authorised this course of action. Since the building was purposefully vandalised, attempted break-ins to the site have decreased significantly.

This is the largest instance of SCP-XXXX on record, encompassing an area of approximately 18km2 of Tsavo East National Park, Kenya. The fracture was detected by a group filming a wildlife documentary for ███ who captured footage of a cheetah stalking a herd of impala, only for all animals to suddenly become entirely still. The footage shows the crew attempt to enter the fracture, which had opened between themselves and the scene they were filming, and being unsuccessful. Furthermore, it shows them travel a length of the open fracture, marking on a map the area they found impassable. This instance was brought to Foundation attention when the crew reported the phenomenon to local authorities, who investigated and promptly passed information up the chain of command until it reached the ears of an embedded Foundation agent. The Foundation then worked to investigate the instance on its own, and administered Class-C amnestics to all witnesses and local law enforcement officers who conducted preliminary investigations. The documentary crew were apprehended for questioning, whereupon all of their footage was confiscated. They were administered Class-C amnestics and released in a hotel room in Mombasa. The room was made to look as though they had just arrived directly from the airport, including the insertion of fake plane tickets and altered passport document pages. This fracture remained open for a total of 15 days before closing on 21/04/199█.

Date: 01/06/199█, 13:47pm
A fracture opened on Ogunquit Beach, Ogunquit, Maine, USA, measuring 2.3m3. The fracture was centralised around a mother and young daughter walking along the beach hand in hand, named locally as ██████ and ██████ ████████. The mother was completely encompassed by the fracture, which had also severed the hand of the daughter. The inside of the fracture was therefore reported to contain a smiling mother mid-stride, holding a child's disembodied hand in her own. The child survived the ordeal, receiving appropriate medical care at ███████ Hospital, Portsmouth. The Foundation became aware of this instance when local media began reporting on it. Knowledge of the instance was contained by a suppression of televised and radio news reports and the disposal of all copies of the two local newspapers that had picked up the story (so as not to have a conspicuous one day gap in public record, a fake paper was written and published by Foundation operatives). The entire population of Ogunquit was then evacuated under the guise of an emergency level case of geological subsidence that would threaten to destroy their homes. Most were relocated to other nearby towns and the large cities of Portsmouth and Portland, while the young girl, who had no other immediate family in the town, was relocated with an uncle in ███████, Vermont. The uncle himself was led to believe his sister had died and niece injured when their home collapsed as a result of the non-existent subsidence.
The fracture closed on 26/12/201█. The mother was immediately taken in to Foundation custody for questioning, whereupon, to the disappointment of the lead researcher, no useful information was garnered. She was administered Class-A amnestics and set up with a new life in Chicago, Michigan, believing that she is the only surviving member of her family in a house fire at the age of 11. She is unaware of the existence of her daughter.
The severed hand of the daughter was collected for research, and is currently stored at Site-██.

Date: 28/02/200█, 22:02pm
A fracture opened in the office of Foundation researcher, Dr. █████████ █████ of Site-██. Upon finishing his work for the evening, Dr. █████ stood up from his desk and while preparing to leave accidentally knocked a potted plant off of his desk (Dr. █████ confirmed in his report that he was in a state of fatigue). As the plant was falling the fracture opened around it, suspending the plant mid-fall. Dr. █████ reported the anomalous phenomenon and MTF Sigma-XII was deployed, as per standard procedure. The lead researcher for SCP-XXXX was then called to investigate. At 06:43am on 29/02/200█, just as the lead researcher entered the office to begin investigations, the fracture closed, and the plant fell to the floor whereupon the pot shattered and soil was spilled. Lead researcher notes that he believes the peculiar timing to be sheer coincidence, as no other fracture has closed upon his immediate arrival.
As the only witnesses to this instance were Foundation personnel and this instance existed little over eight hours, there was deemed no need to administer amnestics.
Report Log #05:
Date: 17/09/201█, 07:58am
A fracture measuring approximately 100m3 opened 2ft directly above the rail line between ███████ and ███████ stations, London, UK. The fracture itself had not encompassed anything, thus there were no obvious indicators that one was even present. At 07:58am, a train collided with the fracture, crushing a large section of the first carriage and causing a derailment that resulted in the death of 716 people, including the driver. Initial response teams at the site of the accident discovered the existence of the fracture, however the Foundation was unaware of its existence until news reports of a train colliding with an "unseen object" began to be broadcast, at which point hasty efforts were made to suppress news broadcasts as MTF Sigma-XII was deployed and the Foundation assumed sole responsibility for investigating the accident. All survivors from the crash were identified and, due to the trauma of the incident, were administered Class-B amnestics and released at their homes. All were also administered an injection designed to simulate the symptoms of a heavy fever. All survivors therefore called in sick to work that day. The Foundation also obtained the contact information of their bosses and any others they had already notified of the incident, and through intensive investigation requiring the the manpower of 288 Foundation personnel, all those aware of the incident were administered Class-C amnestics. All members of initial response teams were also subsequently administered Class-C amnestics.
A cover news story was developed and broadcasts resumed shortly, informing of a derailment caused by a damaged rail. Later reports would confirm the death of every passenger on board. The entire stretch of railroad was closed until Foundation personnel had cleared the wreckage of the train and moved all dead bodies to local mortuaries, and established a security perimeter, kept from public view by screens. Eight days later on the orders of O5-██, instructions were delivered to all relevant rail personnel to re-open the rail line but for all trains to avoid the single track that the fracture was currently open above. Meanwhile, Foundation researchers would conduct their research during the night. The security perimeter established by MTF Sigma-XII would bet set up at night and dismissed each morning, and the fracture would be monitored via security camera during the day. These instructions were followed without fault until 22/02/201█ when the fracture closed, and train operators were advised that a normal service and previous standard running could resume.
