Addendum-A: Discovered As A Class-D
SCP-XXXX was once assigned as a Class-D prisoner for founded guilty for mass homicide crime. At first, SCP-XXXX was taken to different SCPs' containment cells for the tests but SCP-XXXX refuses and told the researchers about SCPs' abilities and that makes the researchers surprised that they haven't told SCP-XXXX everything but SCP-XXXX know everything. The researcher decides to researches SCP-XXX furthermore that he has abilities like other SCPs. In half month later, everything that researching SCP-XXXX, there's no questioning and doubt that for mistaking, researchers' final decision to reassigning SCP-XXXX from Class-D to SCP.

Addendum-C: Third Testing with SCP-XXXX
SCP-XXXX was assigned in a testing room to check out his ability again to see something more than before. As the test result was quite amazing discovering, SCP-XXXX was loitering in front of the wall, and the automatic rifle located in the center of the testing room. The rifle was an automation device that will make it move on its own and auto-locked with only to unlock it with combination codes till the testing start, and movement will be repeating and the point of the shooting will at SCP-XXXX is. And so, the test begins, the automatic rifle has been sudden movement and SCP-XXXX remains still and staying in calming state. Suddenly, SCP-XXXX's mouth starting to move and saying 5 seconds countdown, here was the gunfire, the bullet went to the wall and nearly hit SCP-XXXX but SCP-XXXX still in the calming state and no overstrung movement, it's like SCP-XXXX already knew where the bullets go. So, we decide to continue the test. Now, the bullets fired 7 times and went to the wall 6 times and SCP-XXXX saying 5-seconds countdown 6 times in the row and manage to dodge a single and last bullet with slightly tilting his head to another side. SCP-XXXX advances walk toward the rifle and touch it, and then SCP-XXXX got the right to access to unlock the locked rifle and lift it. It seems that SCP-XXXX analyzing the rifle and then dismantling the rifle in 48 seconds. Researchers are very amazed what SCP-XXXX do, knowing the bullets go, dodge one bullet, access the right code, then dismantling in 48 seconds than all normal human being.
Addendum-D: First Containment Breach
SCP-XXXX was in his first containment cell with a regular security environment and wired with the electrical circuit before, SCP-XXXX has begun his move because he was getting sick for staying this place much longer than before. SCP-XXXX grab both silverware and starting to get the security door frame with a bunch of wire and haywire to get it open and then it did. SCP-XXXX leaves his containment cell and researchers alert the alarm that there's the containment breach going on. SCP-XXXX walks on the hall with two security cameras on the ceiling and the first task force on the way to contain him but SCP-XXXX annihilated both of security camera with silverware he threw, they lost sight of SCP-XXXX. The first task force already arrives and then SCP-XXXX already went and nowhere in sight, till now one of the first task forces testifies that he was knocked out cold and his weapon was taken. SCP-XXXX is now got our sight and he moving on while looking and the weapon, one guard was standing behind the wall to get SCP-XXXX down but he hit guard's throat with his elbow while he's still looking at his gun, SCP-XXXX ignores the guard and moving on. SCP-XXXX fires one bullet to fire extinguisher, which is that makes blinding the second task force from the next hall. Every containing SCP-XXXX attempts was the result of failures, and now SCP-XXXX made it to the Foundation entrance and about setting his foot to walk for freedom, but it not his time. SCP-XXXX is stopped in front of the entrance, he dropped his gun, down his knee and held up both his hands in the air, and yelled out he's surrendering. The task force finally contains SCP-XXXX and bringing him to a new containment cell, the first one was completely ruined and no longer used. Some of the researchers don't understand why SCP-5148 didn't leave foundation and almost step forward to his freedom? Researchers asked him a couple of questions, so SCP-XXXX stays silent and refusing to answer them. The result of SCP-XXXX's First Containment Breach mystery remains unsolved.
SCP-XXXX was an object class assigned as a Euclid once, but SCP-XXXX attempted a containment breach 8 times in a row and no task forces successful to contain him till SCP-XXXX surrenders, anyhow researchers have made their own decision with SCP-XXXX to reassigning his object class. SCP-XXXX is now reassigned his object class will be Keter from Euclid.
