Special Containment Procedures: [The door of SCP-XXXX should be locked at all times. The door should be guarded by two armed guards at all times. If one of the guards touches the door handle the other guard should shoot before the door is opened.]

Description: [SCP-XXXX is a room that is twenty by ten by seven. The room is different each time the door is opened. Inside of SCP- there is SCP-5038-1 which is a human-like entity. SCP-XXXX-1 is too skinny to walk but has legs that reach the end of the other side of the room. His body traces the wall. His total height is 36 feet. When a subject enters SCP-XXXX SCP-XXXX-1 will ask “what do you want to know?” When a question is asked SCP-5038-1 answers it and SCP-XXXX will teleport somewhere random. The subject will be left standing where the room was.

If SCP-XXXX-1 is told a statement then it will say, “That is not what I asked but it was very interesting. What would you like to know?” This will be repeated until it is asked a question. If a statement is told then it becomes real.]

Addendum: [SCP-XXXX-1 can not seem to change anything about himself or things it believes to be lower than. If a statement is said about one of these things then SCP-XXXX-1 will say, "I do believe that is a lie." which will be followed by the subject falling over dead.]
