Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-████ is to be kept in a 1x1x1 foot cube locker reinforced with 2 inches of solid steel. It is to always be plugged in unless being transported between sites. Personnel must be level 3 or above to access SCP-████. 05-██ is to be in possession of SCP-████ at all times.

Description:
SCP-████ is a 2012 model phone produced by the █████ Corporation. It has both a screen protector and a case with a floral design on it. Both are inseparable from SCP-████ itself. The device takes a USB-C charging cable to charge, and typically will only do so to around 34%.

SCP-████ is capable of feats unheard of by modern technology, such as cross-dimensional and inter-chronological communication. The contacts list on the phone contains an unestamateable amount of data, as it contains over 763 Centillion contacts on it. These contacts appear to be ranged by chronological appearance, rather than alphabetically. Searching the contact list is an option, and SCP-████ can find searched names in times ranging from 10 seconds to 7 days.

Upon selecting a contact, SCP-████ will prompt the user to select a time frame in which the selected contact was/is/will be alive. When a contact or number is dialed, the recipient will receive the message through some form befitting of the time and place they were/are/will be, and will be able to respond to the caller, regardless of weather or not they are familiar with the concept of a phone. Subjects who are called by SCP-████ will forget what happened during the call, and will often attribute it to staring off.

SCP-████ is also capable of ordering food and products using an application called "███████." When used, any item can be bought and will automatically be shipped directly to the current user. Items ordered via SCP-████ will typically appear in an unobserved spot in the path of any person who uses it around 5 minutes after initial ordering. If the user is not alone or has not moved for 20 minutes after initial ordering, a model █████ Drone of an unknown corporation, henceforth referred to as SCP-████-1, will deliver the desired item to the user in the most convenient location possible. Test ████-A, from Document #████-1. Participants include D-4736, D-8349, Officer ████, and Doctor █████. The D-Class are stored in separate rooms, and D-4736 is given SCP-████. D-4736 is then instructed to find D-8349's contact by using his civilian name, █████ ███████. Both D-Class personnel are familiar with each other, but do not interact often. D-8349 does not have a phone during the time of testing. D-4736 is given a list of questions to ask in the event that D-8349 does answer.

*BEGIN TEST LOG*
D-8349 is sent into the testing chamber with Officer ████, and D-4736 dials the found contact for D-8349.
after 1:53, Officer ████'s phone rings, and he asks Doctor █████ if he can pick it up from inside the testing chamber. This request is granted.
Officer ████: Who is this?
D-4736: Hello? I'm looking for a Mister █████?
Officer ████ then looks at the window from which Doctor █████ is watching, and says the call is for D-8349. He is then instructed to give the phone to D-8349.
D-4736: Hello? Are you there?
D-8349: This is █████. Who is calling?
D-4736: I'm just calling to ask a few questions. Would you mind answering them?
D-8349: Okay, go ahead.
D-4736 then asks a series of questions about D-8349s hobbies, interests, and his thoughts on the living conditions in the foundation. Testing is terminated after 4 minutes, and SCP-████ is returned to its holding cell. D-8349 is proven to have completely forgotten this test, and D-4736 is given Class A amnesics.
Note: This audio log was taken from D-4736's chamber. Observing the security footage of D-8349's chamber reveals that, for the duration of the call, D-8349 was standing perfectly still.

A list of some items obtained via SCP-████.

A full, 8 course Italian Meal, including caviar, assorted high-class pastas, and several types of cheese with 3 different bottles of wine. Arrived 4 minutes after ordering in a unobserved cafeteria on level █. Fed to 4 D-Class subjects. No significant side effects noticed.

A 1/4 pound tub of SCP-705. After a minor camera malfunction, SCP-████-1 appeared 7 minutes later in a hall right outside the testing chamber. The tub arrived with a lid on, and was subsequently tested on to reveal that it was, in fact, similar in behavior to SCP-705. It was then added to the original batch of SCP-705 and put back in standard containment procedures.

A Model 1984 █████ Car. SCP-████ appears to be incapable of summoning objects larger than a few meters in area. Dr. ███, the user at the time of testing, later went to the foundation parking lot to go on his weekend leave, and found that his old car had been replaced with A Model 1984 █████. He had also found the keys to this car in his pocket after frantically searching for the keys to his old car.
Note: Dr.███ requested the ability to keep the order from SCP-████. Request accepted, under the pretense that all future orders are to be confiscated by foundation personnel.

A .950 Rifle with 5 rounds of ammunition. Agent ██████ later found said order in his locker on the practice range on level █. Put in a Foundation armory on the same level.
