Special Containment Procedures:
The object is to be kept in a 1m X 1m X 1m steel box lined with telekill materials, suspended by its upper edges. Pressed to each side is a Scantron Reality Anchor. These Anchors are to be constantly powered. As such they will be supplied off the site's main power and have not one but two spare generators to maintain containment for a minimum of 24 hours in case of power failure. Should any one of the 6 anchors fail, it constitutes a breach of containment. A daily inspection of the local Hume level as well as the function of the anchors is necessary. Fluctuations in Hume level are to be reported directly to the Project Director. Any maintenance of the anchors is to be done such that it is immediately replaced by a functioning anchor that is powered on and then applied to the object.

Description:
XXXX is a 1m X 1m X 1m glass enclosure of an unidentified substance that fills the entirety of the enclosure. No seams, seals or opening has been discovered to get access to the substance. This substance is described as a deep black with intermittent glowing dots amidst it. Examination of the glowing dots revealed that these were in fact stars. Using calculations based on the luminosity and blue shift of the closest star, it is approximately 7 million light years away but heading in the direction of the wall of the enclosure.

Examination of the rest of the enclosure showed that all of the stars within it are blue shifted. The "center" of the enclosure is moving the slowest of all the stars, moving at a rate of 828,000 km/h. In the whole of the enclosure, no galactic formation has been noted. Stars are simply going out in all directions from the center point. One or more of the fundamental forces present in our local reality does not either exist or function inside the enclosure.

XXXX when unanchored exudes radiation that is rated as -1 Hume level. No effects on local reality were detected with our current instruments. However due to the intense effect of the radiation and possible effects on reality, it was deemed that the current containment procedures were necessary.

Deploy Scantron Reality Anchor model ███ on XXXXX. Upon its deployment, monitor the local reality for any destabilization of anomalous elements. Any drop in the Hume Level of the reality is to be mitigated by MTF-Gamma-34 through activation of additional anchors. If the reality begins to spiral into an ZK-class end of the world scenario, shut down Scantron Reality Anchor model ███ and perform any maintenance necessary before re-establishing containment.

Description:
XXXXX is another reality. XXXXX has existed for 13.7 Billion years. There are 1*10^21 stars in XXXXX. Those stars compromise 1*10^10 galaxies. There have four fundamental forces in XXXXX, gravitational, electromagnetic, strong nuclear, and weak nuclear. These forces created a stable system making life possible.

The stability of this system allowed for a creation of a galaxy known in the local reality as The Milky Way. Within the Milky Way, a star system formed with 9 planetoids forming around it. The third planet (known as Earth) orbiting out from the star (known as Sol) was within the habitable zone. Life has come to modernity on Earth with the dominant lifeform being humanity.

Humanity is kept under the veil of normalcy by the local SCP Foundation henceforth XXXXX-1. Agents of XXXXX-1 have found a number of anomalous objects (4000+) which violate the laws of XXXXX's physics and nature as XXXXX-1 understands them. XXXXX-1 has found a number of items similar to but not the same as this Foundation. Due to containment breaches or delays in retrieval, XXXXX-1 has caused irreparable damage to other realities thus necessitating containment.

Addendum: XXXXX-1A

Reality Survey - 68724 - 2113-03-05

Procedure: Activate an Einstein-Rosen Bridge to viable reality, then use a survey drone to discern anything of note.
Results: Drone made it successfully into target reality. it surveyed the area for approximately 97 minutes before a ZK-Class End of Reality Scenario occurred. Complete loss of drone.
Analysis: Data that made it back through the Einstein-Rosen Bridge prior to the collapse of the reality showed a chrome based cityscape. Numbers of people appeared to be wearing clothing that was different shades of chrome. There were no obvious faults in the reality. Immediately prior to the ZK event, a person looking similarly to our own D-Class personnel appeared in the city square apparently confused. The ZK followed 38 seconds following the detection of the D-Class person. Analysis of D-Class uniform and Foundation iconography by Dr. ████████ is ongoing.

Monitoring equipment is to be on each side to study XXXX’s spatial dimensions. Scantron reality anchors are pressed to the four sides of the lead box. These anchors are to be constantly powered. As such they will be supplied off the site's main power and have not one but two spare generators to maintain containment for a minimum of 24 hours in case of power failure. XXXX is a spatial anomaly that is contained within a 1m by 1m by 1m box that is made of translucent materials of indeterminate make. No tool currently available to the Foundation has been able to acquire a sample of the material. It does appear to be a kind of crystal based on microscopic analysis. There are no openings to this box or seams or any perceivable entrance to the inside of the box. Inside of XXXX is XXXX-1 which is a black substance that fills the entirety of the box. This substance is described as a deep black with intermittent glowing dots amidst it. Examination of the glowing dots revealed that these were in fact stars. Test 1 – 2019-06-05

Subject: XXXX
Procedure: Shine a laser pointer into XXXX to see if the light comes out the other side in a significant amount of time.
Results: Laser shined into XXXX. Light from the laser continued to travel in a straight line from entrance of enclosure. However, it then red shifted as it continued to travel away from entrance to enclosure. It did not reach the other side. It is not expected to reach the other side for billions of years.
Analysis: Light can affect XXXX but then it too subject to the anomaly which is apparently on a cosmic scale.

Test 2 – 2019-06-07

Subject: XXXX
Procedure: Using available means of radiation detection attempt to see if there is any interaction other than light between XXXX and local reality.
Results: No radiation of electromagnetic origin was discovered other than visible light. Nothing beyond the spectrum of visible light was present in tests. Hume level of -1 detected.
Analysis: The translucent material appears to filter out every other kind of radiation with the exception of two, the photonic range visible to humans, and Hume. This Hume level leads this Researcher to conclude that either the object is from an antithesis of our reality or, that it has an overall negative effect on reality. Scantron reality anchors added to containment procedures.

Test 3 – 2019-07-12

Subject: XXXX and D-7924
Procedure: After acquiring permission from the Site Director, a low grade reality bender is being brought in to see the effects that XXXX has on their abilities during exposure.
Results: D-7924 brought to the testing chamber and is remotely released from their own Scantron reality anchor. D-7924 was told to change the color of a piece of paper placed on the table next to XXXX. D-7924 initially made the entire paper black. However, the top corner of the paper nearest XXXX stayed white. D-7924 told to finish changing the color of the paper. Most of the paper changed to black but the upper section of the paper nearest XXXX was white. D-7924 expressed confusion and then tried once more. Half of the paper was now its original white color. D-7924 expressed frustration with him crossing the room, grabbing the paper. Only the areas under his direct contact were colorized. D-7942 asked for permission to destroy the paper. Permission was granted. After staring at the paper and having direct contact, D-7924 lit a spark that went out immediately after it started. Paper was completely white and unharmed. D-7924 balled the paper up and threw it against the far wall of the chamber. D-7942 fell to the ground with blood coming out of his nose. Test ended, D-7942 was contained and brought to medical. All reality manipulation abilities by D-7942 have not manifested since then.
Analysis: XXXX’s Hume radiation appears to counteract effects on the local reality. Proximity to XXXX is a factor. Range and effect need to be tested further.

Test 4 – 2019-07-24

Subject: SCP-XXXX, SCP-4554-1, D-8913 and D-8914
Procedure: D-8913 and D-8914 are identical twins with similar levels of health and nutrition. D-8913 and D-8914 will describe 4554-1 prior to D-8913 entering the test chamber. D-8913 will bring 4554-1 into the testing chamber with XXXX out of containment. D-8913 and D-8914 will then provide another description of 4554-1. Both will then consume 4554-1. They will then be tested afterward to see what physical effects 4554-1 had on them.
Results: Both D-class reported to seeing a pale orange liquid in their respective glasses. D-8913 entered the testing chamber with XXXX. She then supplied a description of a brighter orange liquid in her glass. It was noted on camera that the liquid in the glass increases in luminosity as she is in the chamber. Prior to her consuming the liquid, the test chamber is filled with a bright flash of light originating from the glass. D-8914 stated that her glass of 4554-1 had not changed. Upon consumption of 4554-1, D-8913 reported that the liquid tasted like normal orange juice. D-8914 stated that it tasted like much sweeter orange juice than what she was used to. Upon testing of both D-class, D-8913 did not have increased levels of vitamin D anymore than for a non-anomalous glass of orange juice. D-8914 had 75% of the expected effect for being exposed to 4554-1. Video shows that her juice had began to grow in luminosity shortly before she drank it.
Analysis: XXXX can counteract anomalies not done in its direct presence, changing them to a non-anomalous object. And its range grows. D-8914 was in a humanoid containment cell 20 meters from the testing chamber. If it can affect 4554-1 at such a range, then its secondary anomalous properties are not contained. Maintenance of Scantron reality anchors upgraded to daily.

Message:	Dear Site Director, I am requesting an immediate transfer of SCP-XXXX. Since discovery of the anomaly on 2019-06-05 it has exhibited a Hume Level of -100 that it is radiating into local reality. This should have a destabilizing effect on reality but instead it brings it to a zero or null. So anything that is not baseline reality such as anomalies, reality benders, or even deities could be nullified by such a field. The field is growing by .6m each day. Eventually it will grow to overtake this whole site. I would suggest that we place it in a pocket dimension or alternative universe in order to prevent mass-neutralization of other SCPs. Description	In the process of transferring XXXX, MTF- Gamma-34 killed Dr. Thomas Jones, lead researcher of XXXX. Site security were directed to his work area after odd communications with Site Command. Upon arrival, Security was engaged with Gamma-34 who used weapons beyond current technological capabilities of the Foundation. Lockdown was initiated. Gamma-34 used their weapons to cut through the blast doors at the site. Their path would have lead them to the outer wall of the site. Yet the Site Director purposely breached containment on 6 SCPs to push them back to XXXX. Upon retrieval of XXXX, they quickly neutralized the 6 as their anomalous properties were negated by XXXX. Gamma-34 then returned to breaching the outer walls. 2 MTFs arrived on site. Gamma-34 lost one member to sniper fire. As the two MTFs were cornering them, they disabled the Site’s power further freeing an additional 12 SCPs. Gamma-34 left XXXX, running outside of its range and left via what is currently understood as anomalous means.
Recovery	The member of MTF Gamma-34 which expired during the conflict, was not a known member of Gamma-34. Rather they were genetically identical to Site Director ███████. The Site Director was interrogated and reprimanded for the incident. They did not possess any knowledge of why their double was present among Gamma-34. XXXX was placed back into containment per Dr. Jones last version of Special Containment Procedures. A new research team is being assembled to deal with the effects and possible long-term containment of XXXX. No known GoI has claimed credit for the incident. Examination of MTFG34-1’s armor and weapons, some of which were being prototyped by Foundation researchers points to possible parallel or future Foundation involvement.
