Per 
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently kept on the person of Dr. Flavius and is only to be taken away from him when it is required for testing. No personnel below level three (3) clearance are allowed to access it to avoid any unnecessary incidents. Any testing involving SCP XXXX must be approved by Dr. Flavius and the Site Director of Site 20.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a low quality, unbranded golden watch with the carvings "W.S" on it, having a diameter of 42mm. SCP-XXXX, based on testimonies by users and sufficient evidence, is able to create time loops or reverse time of a person's life. SCP-XXXX, when used, is thought to speed up an individual until the move faster than light, then it sends them to their desired time. It is also to be noted that proper protection is required and is suggested to use SPF 50 sunblock unless it isn't on hand.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found on Dr. Flavius' person after a supposed use of it. Dr. Flavius stated that SCP-XXXX was activated after he tried to adjust the time on it after seeing it was a few seconds behind. SCP-XXXX then activated and sent Dr. Flavius to a meeting he had been at earlier that day, causing him to vomit from the intense travel.

Dr. Hyde walks into the room and sits down at the table, pulling out witness reports from the Discovery Log.
Dr. Hyde: Good morning, Dr. Flavius, do you mind telling me what has happened.
Dr. Flavius: Well, to be honest, sir… I don't have a clue about what happened. I was messing with my grandfather's watch, it was a couple of seconds behind.
Dr. Hyde: So you were messing with your watch during the meeting and you vomited?
Dr. Flavius: No, I remember that I was at my desk, about three hours later…I was messing with one of the knobs on it….and then I looked around and I was back at the meeting. I remember my skin felt like it was burning and then I vomited. That's it.
Dr. Hyde: Is there any proof that this has happened? Any items or events that you can name as evidence?
Dr. Flavius: There will be Breach Drill later today! at 3:45 PM! No one will be prepared.
Dr. Hyde: Please turn in the device an-
Dr. Hyde: I'm sorry. I can't let-
Dr. Flavius: No, you've gotta man, please.
Dr. Hyde tries to take SCP-XXXX from Dr. Flavius, Dr. Flavius pulls SCP-XXXX away and steps back, refusing to hand it over. Dr. Hyde sighs.
Dr. Hyde: Fine, keep it, but if it's an SCP we'll need it.
Dr. Flavius: Thank You. Thank you so much.
Dr. Hyde leaves the room with Dr. Flavius. The interview is concluded.
Doctor's Notes: At 3:45 PM, a surprise drill had been enacted by the orders of the Site Director. When Dr. William went to retrieve SCP-XXXX from Dr. Flavius, Dr. Flavius refused, stating that the foundation might use it irresponsibly. An agreement was made which will give most control to Dr. Flavius whilst still having it in Foundation control.
