Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently not containable. If SCP-XXXX is sighted, task force XXXX is to be dispatched to the location of SCP-XXXX, and any requests that SCP-XXXX should be fulfilled, as long as those requests are within reason. While SCP-XXXX is at any Foundation site, they should be assigned 2 Security Officers, who should accompany them at all times. When they are first seen at any facility, they should be taken to the Site Director immediately.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an approximately 25 year old Caucasian male of european descent, with dark blond hair, brown eyes, and pale skin. He speaks in a mixed european accent, however he is only fluent in english.
SCP-XXXX usually does not exist, only appearing during times of conflict or tension.
