Interior of SCP-4301

Item #: SCP-4301

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: The perimeter of the lot where SCP-4601 is located is to be fenced off by electrical fences that are no less than three (3) meters tall and capable of delivering an output energy of twenty (20) joules. No less than four (4) armed guards should patrol the area inside the fence at all times, and no more than two (2) armed guards should patrol the exterior of the fences at all times. Rotations between guards should occur at six (6) hour intervals. At least three (3) surveillance cameras should monitor activity within SCP-4601, and at least five (5) surveillance cameras should monitor activity surrounding SCP-4601. Suspicious activity must be reported to members of the nearest Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 "Village Idiots".

Unless specified otherwise, only personnel with Level 2 clearance or higher may enter SCP-4061, and must have approval by personnel with Level 3 clearance or higher. Persons who do not meet these requirements that are found near or inside SCP-4601 are to be detained, questioned, and administered a class-C amnestic. Any item produced or "served" by SCP-4601 must stay inside SCP-4601. Any instance where an item produced by SCP-4601 is unintentionally removed from SCP-4601 should be considered a containment breach, and Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 is responsible for containment of these items.

Objects produced by SCP-4601 intentionally removed from SCP-4601 are not considered containment breaches. These items should be handled like any anomalous object and brought to Site-28 for research.

REVISION (30/3/20██): In the instance where SCP-4601-1 or SCP-4601-2 are found outside SCP-4601, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 is responsible for recontainment. Any non-personnel witnessing a containment breach of SCP-4601-1 and/or SCP-4601-2 are to be administered class A amnestics.

Description: SCP-4601 is the designation given to the establishment previously known as Z███ Out-East Diner, located in █████ █████, Long Island, New York. SCP-4601 appears as a classic American diner, interiorly and exteriorly.

Although the establishment's menus give 126 food options total, mainly consisting of classic American cuisine, any item that can be considered "food" can be ordered and served, regardless
of whether or not the item appears on the menu. Selections found on the menus can be ordered and served as well. All items are ordered to and served by SCP-4601-1 and SCP-4601-2. There seems to be no limit to what items can be ordered, as long as the item can be consumed by a human being. However, beverage selection is limited to the menu's options, and all attempts to order a beverage that is not on SCP-4601's menu have been met with failure.

Items ordered take between 10 seconds-20 minutes to serve, and the amount of time each item takes between ordering and serving has a correlation to how difficult it is to receive the item in question. Items ordered will never exceed 30.00 US dollars, even if the item is worth thousands of dollars. To date, the most expensive item ever successfully ordered was one (1) serving of Almas Caviar, and cost Dr. R████ $29.98 for the $25,000 dish.

SCP-4601-1 and SCP-4601-2 are two humanoid entities that exist within SCP-4601. They are both exactly 5'10" (177.8 cm) and appear as young adults, and have been described to look no older
than 25 and no younger than 17 years of age. They serve as "waiters" to SCP-4601, and have never been observed to leave or enter SCP-4601. Both SCP-4601-1 and SCP-4601-2 claim to have never met or heard of each other, and all attempts to catch the two in SCP-4601 at once (either through direct eye contact or surveillance footage) have failed. Additionally, all attempts to witness SCP-4601-1 and SCP-4601-2 entering or exiting SCP-4601's "kitchen" have failed, mainly through failure of hidden surveillance cameras.

SCP-4601-1 appears as a Caucasian male human with blonde, wavy hair, brown eyes and a muscular build. SCP-4601 refers to himself as "Brady", and typically appears in SCP-4601 from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (EST). "Brady" is sometimes seen using a cellular device or eating a meal. All attempts to apprehend the aforementioned device have failed. "Brady" has fluidity in English, and displays a very confident personality.

SCP-4601-2 appears as a Caucasian female human with black, shoulder-length hair, blue eyes, and an average build. SCP-4601-2 also wears lots of makeup, has a nose piercing, and displays a general "goth" appearance. SCP-4601-2 refers to herself as "Luna", and typically appears in SCP-4601 from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (EST). "Luna" also appears to use a cellular device often. All attempts to apprehend the device have failed. "Luna" has fluidity in English and American Sign Language, and displays a modest personality.
