Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Absolutely no metallic or flammable materials are to be directly involved in the containment of SCP-XXXX or be brought within its immediate vicinity. SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a Xm by Xm by Xm inanimate object containment cell, constructed from cement, at Site-██. SCP-XXXX is to be suspended within its cell via three ceramic clamps (see attached documents for detailed schematics and instructions) attached to ceiling-mounted remotely operated winches using nylon strands of appropriate strength and thickness. The object is to be positioned with its nose pointing downwards with a forward tilt so as to allow the entirety of SCP-XXXX-2 to be accessed from a standing position.

The ceiling of the containment cell is to be fitted with several tanks of thermal coolant kept at a constant temperature of -80° C, all of which can be remotely signaled to open and release coolant into the containment cell. SCP-XXXX is to be continuously monitored by several large thermometers, with any deviation in temperature greater than 5° triggering an automatic alert requesting all available personnel, and any deviation greater than 10° triggering an automatic release of the thermal coolant.

All personnel involved in the containment or study of SCP-XXXX are to be provided with standard issue gas masks. The functionality of all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 is to be continuously obstructed via 12 specially-made plastic blocks, which are to be inspected and adjusted for effectivity on a daily basis.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a heavily damaged [undecided] warplane, with specifications consistent with models produced and employed in the latter years of World War 2, alongside several miscellaneous metal objects grafted onto the hull. The damage sustained appears to be a combination of rust and weather damage with heavy charring and blunt force trauma. SCP-XXXX was recovered by the Foundation shortly after a catastrophic collision with the ████████████████████ Building in downtown █████████████, ██████████████████. It is unknown weather the object's anomalous properties appeared prior to or following the collision.

The aircraft's engine is largely destroyed, however the twelve cylinders involved, designated as SCP-XXXX-2, are completely unscathed and lodged within the the surrounding superstructure.
