Elevator Pitch: A boat that will try to drag anyone that tries to ride it underwater. The boat can use a body of water as a portal to travel to other bodies of water around the world (even though it prefers lakes where people regularly fish in to easily lure victims). The corpses of anyone that had been dragged underwater appears in any bodies of water around the world.

Central Narrative: Sightings of this SCP had been reported from all over the world, locations include lakes, rivers, ocean, sewerage, pools, etc. The bodies of victims had not only been found in the usual places (lakes, sewerage), they had also been seen in water tanks, bathtubs, etc

Hook/Attention-Grabber: The concept of bodies being found in locations around the world especially places like someone's bathroom or water tanks.
