Mission Statement: Our primary mission is to protect our neighbors and those we love. When the time comes we will wake and rise our arms for the cause of all humanity.

Uses: The primary use of the T.R.U. is the large scale expenditure of reactionary troupes. They are used and or embedded in all major US cities for swift activation and deployment. Their primary goal is for use in extraneous circumstances.

Structure: The structuring is comprised of three ranking structures.

Set One	Low Level	These are the embedded agents comprised of a minimum of police training. They are not privy of The Foundation or any of its inner workings. They are sleeper cells that will be given a signal as to when they should activate and where they are being deployed.
