Name: [NOT YET DECIDED]
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Description: SCP-XXXX is an elderly humanoid, roughly 1.8 metres tall and possibly extraterrestrial, always carrying a big black bag, the appearance of SCP-XXXX varies between its personalities. SCP-XXXX appears to have two personalities (SCP-XXXXa and SCP-XXXXb) with the skin and body features changing according to the personality that is currently embodied by SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXXa is the more common of the two personalities, with SCP-XXXX spending roughly 80% of its time in this personality. SCP-XXXXa can be identified by its white skin and yellow eyes, which are in strong contrast to the body features of SCP-XXXXb. When SCP-XXXX is embodying this personality, it is able to create humanoid entities (SCP-XXXX-2) out of its bag, using various fluids and other objects. It is currently unknown if these resources are limited, but Dr. Lancaster thinks SCP-XXXX possesses an unlimited supply (see Addendum XXXX.2). Furthermore SCP-XXXXa possesses the ability to heal minor injuries or sicknesses by touching the affected person (see Test-Log SCP-XXXX/1).
SCP-XXXX-2 appears to resemble a humanoid entity without facial features. Entities of SCP-XXXX-2 are docile and appear to possess no conscious or higher thought, wandering around aimlessly and even failing to overcome simple obstacles. SCP-XXXXa seems to be able to give orders to these entities but does so only very rarely.
SCP-XXXXb is the rarer personality of SCP-XXXX. During this form, the skin of SCP-XXXX turns black and its eyes red. When SCP-XXXX is embodying this personality, all access to SCP-XXXX is forbidden outside of testing purposes. Contrary to SCP-XXXXa, SCP-XXXXb appears to be hostile and destroys the identities created by SCP-XXXXa by touching them. Once an living object (see Test-Log SCP-XXXX/2) has been touched by SCP-XXXXb, it appears to start rotting from the inside, until only a small pool of inorganic matter remains. Furhtermore, in this state, SCP-XXXX appears to be very manipulative, trying to escape its cell through the means of mind control (see Addendum XXXX.4).
The change between SCP-XXXXa and SCP-XXXXb happens very randomly and seems to be a violent process, as both entities are heard screaming and sometimes even crying and coughing up blood when the transformation happens. The transformation normally starts with the current entity not feeling very well and after 5-30 minutes the first signs of change can be observed.
Normally, these chnages include:
- The skin tone getting either lighter or darker (depending on current state).
- The behaviour of the enitity getting either more aggressive or peaceful.
- The stregth of it's abilities getting weaker.
After this phase, it is suggested that the other consciousness has full control over the body. The screaming and crying normally happens during this phase, possibly because of harm caused by the change.
Currently, it is unknwon why the body of SCP-XXXX changes when the personality swap occurs. Research staff says it is possible that these properties were part of the process explained by SCP-XXXXa in Interview 4.
Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 5x5x5 metre cell layered with 10cm of lead and only a bed inside. Two security cameras should monitor the interior at all time and personnel should report any change of form of SCP-XXXX. The interior of SCP-XXXX's cell is to be cleaned regularly and inspected for possible damage by the decomposing abilities of SCP-XXXXb. Access to SCP-XXXX is restricted to Level 2 personnel and higher. Entities of SCP-XXXX-2that weren't terimnated by SCP-XXXXb should be removed from the containemt cell biweekly and burned, unless needed for research.
SCP-XXXXa has so far been quite content with being contained by the foundation and has been very compliant with personell.
SCP-XXXXb has tried to break out of containment several times, trying to use mind control to influence personell to open the containment cell. It is currently unkkown why SCP-XXXXb is unhappy with being contained.
Interviews: So far no interviews with SCP-XXXXb where conducted, as it always reacted hostile towards personnel. Either way, it is known that both forms of SCP-XXXX are able to speak English as SCP-XXXXb can sometimes be heared mumbling.
Interview 1
The following interview was made right after SCP-XXXXs capture.
Interviewer: Dr. Frederick Lancaster, Site-19 staff
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX (SCP-XXXXa - personality changing unknown at point of interview)
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Lancaster: Hello, SCP-XXXX
SCP-XXXX: Hello, unknown man.
Dr. Lancaster: Oh right, sorry. I am Dr. Frederick Lancaster, I found you and I am here to ask you some questions.
SCP-XXXX: Go ahead Dr. Lancaster.
Dr. Lancaster: Good, so, what were you doing down there?
SCP-XXXX: Creating.
Dr. Lancaster: Creating what?
SCP-XXXX: Creating live, I thought that was obvious.
Dr. Lancaster: You mean these faceless creatures?
SCP-XXXX: Yes.
Dr. Lancaster: And how do you do that?
SCP-XXXX: By combining the elements I use.
Dr. Lancaster: And wehre did you get these… elements?
SCP-XXXX: From my bag of course.
Dr. Lancaster: Interesting, SCP-XXXX thank you for your patience.
SCP-XXXX: Not a problem, Dr. Lancaster.
[END LOG]
It appears to be that the creation of these things is quite normal to SCP-XXXX. Further investigation on how SCP-XXXX creates "life" should be conducted. -Dr. Lancaster
Interview 2
The following interview with SCP-XXXXa asks about the origins of SCP-XXXX.
Interviewer: Dr. Frederick Lancaster, Site-19 staff
Interviewee: SCP-XXXXa
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Lancaster: Hello again, SCO-XXXXa
SCP-XXXXa: Good day to you, Dr. Lancaster, I assume you came here to ask some more questions?
Dr. Lancaster: That's correct. So, SCP-XXXX were do you come from?
SCP-XXXXa: I do not know that.
Dr. Lancaster: Then what's the earliest memory you have?
SCP-XXXXa: (pause) I rember… a light that flew away.
Dr. Lancaster: A light?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes and I was lying on the ground.
Dr. Lancaster: Can you tell me where that was?
SCP-XXXXa: In a forest.
Dr. Lancaster: And what did you do then?
SCP-XXXXa: I got up and seeked shelter.
Dr. Lancaster: And about that bag, where did you find it?
SCP-XXXXa: It was laying besides me, as the light moved away. I knew it was mine, but I do not know where it came from.
Dr. Lancaster: And you took it with you?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes.
Dr. Lancaster: And what did you do in that cave?
SCP-XXXXa: I started to create.
Dr. Lancaster: Do you mean these beings?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes.
Dr. Lancaster: And how did you know how to do that?
SCP-XXXXa: I don't know that.
Dr. Lancaster: Well, thanks nonetheless SCP-XXXXa, I need to go now, goodbye.
SCP-XXXXa: Goodbye Dr. Lancaster
[END LOG]
SCP-XXXXa seems to have suffered from partial memory loss, as it remebers specific things from its past, but not how it got here. The moving light could refer to a spaceship and a possible extraterrestrial background. Further interviews could be needed to help explain what happend. -Dr. Lancaster
Interview 3
The following interview with SCP-XXXXa asks about SCP-XXXXb.
Interviewer: Dr. Frederick Lancaster, Site-19 staff
Interviewee: SCP-XXXXa
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Lancaster: Here we are again SCP-XXXXa, ready to awnser some questions?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes, of course Dr. Lancaster.
Dr. Lancaster: Then let's begin, shall we? So, SCP-XXXXa, we noticed that you sometimes behave a little bit odd. Why do you do that?
SCP-XXXXa: I do not know what you mean, Doctor.
Dr. Lancaster: (to the side) The securtiy camera footage please. Thank you. (to SCP-XXXXa) As you can see here SCP-XXXXa you sometimes transform yourself in an evil form of you. Do you know why that happens?
SCP-XXXXa: (long pause followed by a deep inhale) No, sadly no- wait doctor. (another long pause) I remember.
Dr. Lancaster: What do you remember?
SCP-XXXXa: Him.
Dr. Lancaster: Him?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes, him. He's not me. He's someone else but who? (another pause) I remember a laboratory and laughter, but I don't know what that has to do with that. It has to be connected.
Dr. Lancaster: I think we should end it right here. Go back to your containment chamber. Try to think about it and contact the research staff once you have found out more. I will be waiting for you.
SCP-XXXXa: Thank you, doctor.
Dr. Lancaster: Always a pleasure, SCP-XXXXa.
[END LOG]
Clearly there is something about SCP-XXXXas and bs story that links them togehter. It's no coincidence that both of the share the same body. At the moment there simply is not enough information to piece togheter their story. We need to wait until SCP-XXXXa rembers more about its past. -Dr. Lancaster
Interview 4
The following interview was requested by SCP-XXXXa 2 weeks after its last interview.
Interviewer: Dr. Frederick Lancaster, Site-19 staff
Interviewee: SCP-XXXXa
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Lancaster: Have you remembered more things SCP-XXXXa?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes Doctor, I now know what happend.
Dr. Lancaster: Then are you ready to tell me the story?
SCP-XXXXa: Yes Doctor, I am. This other thing in me is another person. He was an old scientist and would soon die, but he thought that his genius should not die and so he tried to transfer his personality to another body. I remember how he kidnapped me as I was walking home from work. He knocked me unconcious and I woke up in his laboratory. While he was trying to transfer his personality in my body, a power outage happend and the process could not be completed. That's why I still control the body most of the time. He was unable to complete it. I also remember that I sometimes suffer from great pain and a sudden loss of memory.
Dr. Lancaster: Yes, we have observed this phenomenan and it usually occurs when SCP-XXXXb takes over your body. Did you know that when SCP-XXXXb takes over your body, he changes its abilites and look?
SCP-XXXXa: Not directly, Doctor. I sometimes feel really unwell, this usually happens shortly before I feel this pain. Thank you, Doctor, for explaining to me why this happens to me.
Dr. Lancaster: No problem. You said you were walking home from work. What was your occupation before this peculiar accident?
SCP-XXXXa: I worked in a factory that created workers for our great civilization. I use my black bag to create them.
Dr. Lancaster: Alright. Please continue your story.
SCP-XXXXa: Once the public found out what had happend, they were enraged. The goverment decided to expell me from our civilzation to another planet. This planet was your planet.
Dr. Lancaster: That helps us alot SCP-XXXXa thank you.
SCP-XXXXa: Glad to help doctor.
[END LOG]
SCP-XXXXa's extraterrestrial origin is now confirmed and his stroy now clear. It could be possible that SCP-XXXX is connected to SCP-2399. Maybe SCP-2399 dropped SCp-XXXXa off on our planet? It is currently impossible to say if this is the case. - Dr. Lancaster
Addendum XXXX.1: The discovery, 09/21/2019
SCP-XXXX was discovered with his SCP-XXXXa personality by Dr. Lancaster in the mountains near Brașov during a hiking holiday. SCP-XXXX was currently in the process of creating several entities of SCP-XXXX-2 as Dr. Lancaster discovered SCP-XXXX in a cliff. Dr. Lancaster informed nearby foundation personnel which took SCP-XXXX to Site-06-3 and terminated all entities of SCP-XXXX-2, burning their remains. Once SCP-XXXX was at Site-06-3, site administration decided to move SCP-XXXX to Site-19 after it caused a containment breach (see Addendum XXXX.2).
Addendum XXXX.2: Facility breach at Site-06-3, 09/25/2019
After the initial recovery of SCP-XXXX, it stayed in the personality of SCP-XXXXa for 4 days, before changing to SCP-XXXXb. Since SCP-XXXXs cell was not locked as SCP-XXXX was classified as Safe, it was able escape with ease, but being noticed very shortly after the begin of its escape attempt. During this event SCP-XXXXb crossed path with D-9786 which it touched and left to rot. The remnants of D-9786 were discovered very shortly after SCP-XXXX was recontained. After this event, SCP-XXXX was moved to Site-19 and its object class was changed to Keter.
Addendum XXXX.3: The big black bag
After several tests and observations, the bag of SCP-XXXX appears to be infinite, research staff suggest it is a portal to another dimension that only lets SCP-XXXX pass (see Test-Log SCP-XXXX/3).
Addendum XXXX.4: SCP-XXXXbs mind controlling abilities discovered
SCP-XXXXb used mind control to make a site-personnel-member open the door to its containment cell. The attempt was quickly detected by nearby site security which stopped SCP-XXXXb from leaving its containment cell.
Furthermore, it was discovered that the mind controlling ability can easily be blocked by lead.
Test-Log SCP-XXXX/1:
Preface: SCP-XXXXa talks to staff member with a small cold, saying that it could help him, after a conference with Site-Command, the Test was approved.
Dr. Brown enters SCP-XXXXs containment chamber. SCP-XXXX greets Dr. Brown and closes the distance to him. SCP-XXXX put its hand on Dr. Brown, who immediately starts to feel better.
Test result: SCP-XXXX healed Dr. Browns cold with no symptoms remaining.
Test-Log SCP-XXXX/2:
Preface: After SCP-XXXXs transfer to Site-81 after its containment breach, SCP-XXXXbs rotting abilities were further tested.
A pot plant, a dog and D-5936 were placed in SCP-XXXXs containment cell while SCP-XXXX was controlled by SCP-XXXXbs personality. SCP-XXXXb immediately attacked D-5936 who tried to escape but failed. After the touch, it only took 10 minutes until D-XXXX was fully decomposed. SCP-XXXX turned its attention to the dog next, once again touching it. It only took 5 minutes until the dog was fully decomposed. Finally, SCP-XXXX touched the pot plat, which decomposed in 30 seconds.
Test result: It was discovered that SCP-XXXXb has very strong decomposing powers, which only affect living matter as the floor, walls and pot of the plant were not damaged during the test.
Test-Log SCP-XXXX/3:
Preface: SCP-XXXXa hands its bag in for research
D-5192 is told to reach in the bag and should try to grab a bottle. D-5192 reaches in the bag only to discover that the bag is very small and empty.
Test result: SCP-XXXXs bag appears to be unuseable by D-5192 implying that access to the interior of the bag is restricted to SCP-XXXX only. It is unknwown if SCP-XXXXb can accsess the bag aswell, as it normally ignores it.
Test-Log SCP-XXXX/4:
Preface: SCP-XXXXa is observed while creating entities of SCP-XXXX-2
SCP-XXXXa grabs several bottles and what appears to be skin out of his bag and starts to cut out the body form of SCP-XXXX-2 from the skin. After it finished cutting, it fills the interior of the skin with several fluids before knitting it closed. After the body was closed up, the entity appears to begin to live and starts to move around. The created entity of SCP-XXXX-2 was then taken away for autopsy. SCP-XXXXa was not interested in the removal of SCP-XXXX-2.
Autopsy result: The interior of SCP-XXXX-2 was still completely fluid, meaning that it does not possesses organs in a commons sense. Further studies should be concluded to find out if the life span of SCP-XXXX-2 influences its interiors.
Test result: SCP-XXXXas ability to create "live" is decently understood, further research should still be carried out to find out the details of this process.
Test-Log SCP-XXXX/5:
Preface: Samples of coughed up blood of SCP-XXXX are being examined.
The blood of SCP-XXXX appears to be very similar to that of humans, but one oddity was observed:
While analizing white blood cells of SCP-XXXX, two different types of DNA where discovered. Researchers noted that cells randomly changed from one form to the other through hormone transmitters entering the cell. Permission for a blood probe of SCP-XXXXa has been asked for and accepted.
Test result: The fact taht SCP-XXXX posseses two differnet types of DNA left researchers uncomfortable. Dr. Lancaster hopes to find clarity in the new probe taken from SCP-XXXXa while it is not changing.
Test-Log SCP-XXXX/6:
Preface: A blood probe of SCP-XXXXa is being examined.
Most of the bloods composition allinges whith the prevous probe with the difference that the ammount of "cell type B" is nearly non existant and not increasing. This suggest that SCP-XXXX promotes the produciton of cell changing hormones with the change of personality.
Test result: After comparing both blood probes, researchers are certain that these hormones cause SCP-XXXX to change personality. It is still unknown what causes the production of these hormones and if the produciton can be supported or hindered.
