Item #: SCP-4XXX
Object Class: Euclid Neutralized Euclid Neutralized
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is currently housed at Site-17. SCP-4XXX is currently allowed Class 3 (restricted) socialization privileges with approved site personnel, granted based on continued good behavior and cooperation with Foundation personnel. 4 guards who are trained in hand to hand combat must be stationed around him at all times.
Due to past experiences, SCP-4XXX requires a weekly mental health appointment. Any request from SCP-4XXX is to be reviewed by lead researcher Dr. Bright (see incident log 4XXX A) Dr. Clef. If the request is granted, note that such request counts towards the compensation that SCP-4XXX deserves for good behavior and past traumatic experiences.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a male humanoid of European and possible Asian descent with heightened abilities and the ability to ‘materialize’ after death with some minor amnesia (See Addendum-4XXX A). 9 Os are tattooed onto his arm however, SCP-4XXX does not recall when he got them. Every time SCP-4XXX has materialized after a death, his new body has elevated strength, agility, and reflexes when compared to the previous despite maintaining the same physical attributes. However, 1 of the 9 circle tattoos will become an X for every death that SCP-4XXX experiences. It is presumed that SCP-4XXX only has 9 lives and his abilities may be uncontainable in his final life. New special containment procedures will be needed if such an event occurs.
Addendum-4XXX A: SCP-4XXX was D class personnel D-08691 prior to being classified as a Euclid class SCP. Promotion from D-08691 to a Euclid class SCP was requested by Dr. █████ after testing with SCP-096. During the test, D-08691’s heightened abilities were observed after viewing the face of SCP-096 within its containment cell. He was able to avoid SCP-096 for 2 minutes 38 seconds before being killed. 29 hours later, Site security had been notified of a Class D personnel wandering around the halls. Security captured the personnel and revealed him to be D-08691, which later was confirmed by Dr. █████. An interview by Dr. █████ confirmed that D-08691 had minor amnesia and couldn’t remember anything from the test with SCP-096. Video footage from security cameras showed that D-08691 had emerged at a doorway on the second floor, despite not being within the room on the other side. Dr. █████ then ran a second test with SCP-096, this time lasting 8 minutes 22 seconds before D-08691 was terminated. 34 hours later, D-08691 was found wandering the halls. This time, he emerged from a closet door on the third floor. Another interview by Dr. █████ confirmed that D-08691 once again had minor amnesia but began remembering the events of the first test with SCP-096 “like a faint dream”. Dr. █████ then ran a third test with SCP-096, resulting in D-08691 dying after 17 minutes 47 seconds. 23 hours later, D-08691 burst through the doors of the site cafetorium and immediately began panicking and sobbing. Security brought him to the medical ward where he was administered sedatives. After waking up, D-08691 was less distressed and revealed that he now remembered the events of the first test with SCP-096, including his own death. However, the events of the second test were faint and D-08691 had no recollection of a third. At this point it was notified that D-08691 had 3 Xs and 6 Os on his right forearm. Dr. █████ agreed to stop SCP-096 testing with D-08691 and proposed that D-08691 be promoted into an SCP.
Note: D-08691 has very peculiar powers involving life, death, and survival. I’m pushing for Bright to be in charge of him ‘cause, you know, two sides of the same coin right? It's a shame that he began to remember the tests, I wanted to see how long he could go against 096. - Dr. █████
Incident Log-4XXX A: Dr. Bright was assigned as lead researcher after D-08691 had been promoted to Euclid class SCP-4XXX. Dr. Bright often held interviews with SCP-4XXX as the two have similar immortality based powers. SCP-4XXX agreed to resume testing with less hazardous entities after being persuaded by Dr. Bright. However, Dr. Bright immediately broke the agreement and tested SCP-4XXX using SCP-173. SCP-4XXX was terminated but did not reappear in Site-17 within the allotted 48 hours. Scans of the surrounding area confirmed that SCP-4XXX did not escape from the facility. SCP-4XXX was announced as neutralized and Dr. Bright received another reprimand by the O5 Council.
Audio log transcript of cross testing between SCP-173 and SCP-4XXX:
<Begin Log, T 00:00>
Dr. Bright: So, all you need to do is walk in and look around, got it?
SCP-4XXX: Um, ok. (Containment doors open, SCP-4XXX walks in) Is this it?
Dr. Bright: Please elaborate.
SCP-4XXX: Is it just this stat- (SCP-4XXX is presumed to blink, SCP-173 instantly moves and snaps SCP-4XXX’s neck)
Dr. Bright: Oh shit, I forgot to tell him not to blink.
<End Log, T 00:18>
Addendum-4XXX B: Three weeks after the supposed neutralization of SCP-4XXX, an unknown figure appeared on security cameras and was apprehended immediately. The figure was found on the ground in a fetal position and silently crying. Security Officer ██████████ recognized the figure as SCP-4XXX since he was part of the team who originally captured SCP-4XXX during prior tests. This was later confirmed by Dr. Bright who attempted a second interview with SCP-4XXX. Closer analysis of the video shows that SCP-4XXX materializes through a spacial anomaly which forms in various door frames, presumably a gateway to a packet dimension housing SCP-4XXX's bodies. SCP-4XXX was then transferred to under Dr. Clef’s oversight due to the actions of Dr. Bright.
