MTF-D3 was created to raid GOI facilities and strike critical locations. D3 consists of 16 field operatives and 5 [COs? Handlers?]. The group is split into 2 fire teams of 9 men each,1 squad leader, and 1 sniper cell of 3 men. Gear consists of weapons and tools used by surrounding non-Foundation forces (ie police, military, etc.) in order to hide the knowledge of D3 from the general public. The standard loadout consists of US military gear with SWAT equipment available depending on the mission type.
