Containment Description: SDWUA-003 cannot be effectively contained at the current time. Standard containment procedures are not enough to assist with devising a plan to contain it and thus, current focus is to be maintained on the amnesticizing the part of population which has encountered SDWUA-003 in any form.

PoI-003 is to be kept in containment until interrogated. If contributions from PoI-003's side have been made, he is to be offered a position in SDWUA.

Item Description: SDWUA-003 is an anomaly of cognitohazardous nature. The objects it manifests through are buses assigned to a single bus line, which is part of the public transport system in ███████, Bulgaria. The anomaly appears randomly when traveling with the bus line which hosts SDWUA-003. When it occurs, a random visitor in the bus, hereby referred to as the subject, will experience severe hallucinations. They take the form of the following events:

• The subject will see the roof of the bus disappear gradually in approximately 5 minutes after entering the vehicle.
• The subject will witness another bus from the same line number, but with a bigger size, fall down from the night sky. The sky is always dark, regardless of the current time of the day.
• The next thing seen is a space vehicle, visibly constructed by humans and not with a source of any extra-terrestrial nature, crashing down on the bus the subject is in.
• Assuming the subject has not left the bus yet, the Moon can afterwards be seen falling down slowly towards the vehicle as well, also followed by the Sun and the Andromeda galaxy appearing and crashing down the same way.
• The last thing the subject will witness is a black hole swallowing the bus. After 20 seconds of only void being visible the anomaly abruptly stops, and the Subject returns to baseline reality with no changes to it.

Despite all the aforementioned events occurring to the subject, there is no damage done to the bus they originally traveled on. None of the other human subjects perceive or are affected by SDWUA-003 at all. Apart from the shock, the subject experiences no physical harm.

SDWUA-003 can occur to buses assigned to only one route line. Stopping the line from being used moves the anomaly to another route. The anomaly can appear in different models of buses, supplied from different companies. Only changing the route number or stopping the route itself changes the anomaly's behavior.

The bus line which is host to the manifestations is currently number 66. The buses assigned to this route are instances SDWUA-003-1 through SDWUA-003-9. Additional information about SDWUA-003, as well as PoI-003, is accessible in Addendum 003-A.

PoI-003 is the designation for ████████ ██████████, a student in a school in the city. PoI-003 is the first confirmed person affected by SDWUA-003, while being on bus 66 towards his school. According to him, "time really slowed down and it felt like hours" during the trip from his home. Initially, this claim was dismissed as nothing but part of the effects caused by SDWUA-003¹, but after two of his friends confirmed it², SDWUA-003 was rechecked immediately. PoI-003 is the only person that has experienced this unexplained anomaly until now.

SDWUA-003-8.

Dr. ██████ proposed for the anomaly's Danger Level to be changed to High due to the effects of the anomaly mentioned in Addendum-003-A, but after an unanimous vote from the O5 Council, the proposal was rejected. The class remains as is.
