The Umbra is a small, organized group organization tasked with guiding it's members to "what is wrong and what is right." They do not participate in activities such as fighting but they intend to create our own "Fate and Destiny." Not else is known much about them other than that they were founded in Japan by a person they called "The Conjurer."

Entoma and Destiny's Manipulation
Project Entoma is to create multiple spider-like drones that cannot be destroyed, manipulated, or overridden
With indestructible lenses.
Operation: Destiny's Manipulation.

Kotetsu
Description: Kotetsu is an Odachi-like weapon currently held and confined in storage. It's hilt has a purple colored eye with a black pupil. It can close it's eye on will and can sometimes even float. It's blade is black and white, able to be split and turned into a vanta-black katana and the other half would be a katana covered in a blinding light. Its handle is the same to a daisho era katana and it's blade is 35.79 inches or 90.92 cm. Currently, The Conjurer is the only one who has access to it.

Project Soulstone
Description:
Project Soulstone was to create weapons imbued with a rare, unidentified mineral called "The Soulstone." that can hold a fragment of the weapon creator's soul. This project led to Kotetsu, creating an indestructible and sentient sword. Further research is currently being done on how to recreate or duplicate the weapon.
