Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4553 is to be contained in his "cell," and be brought almost everything he requests, except for classified information (unless permission is given by the 05 council). Given that SCP-4553 is basically an MTF operative, he does not necessarily require any guards, unless any danger is thought to be of him. Any personnel who is suspected thought to be working with an opposing group of interest, such as the Chaos Insurgency, and knows of SCP-4553's existence is to be thoroughly investigated, and, given the investigation creates viable evidence, they are to be REDACTED. His "cell" is basically his own room, given that cooperation of him may be unlikely if given unpreferable living conditions. SCP-4553 is not to know of any of the more controversial doings of the Foundation. For the most part, SCP-4553 wishes to cooperate with the Foundation and MTF, but may be angered by a couple of questionable procedures.
Details: SCP-4553 is a male human, who appears to be Caucasian. Visibly, he portrays no out of the ordinary abilities, other than being about 2 meters tall and having relatively great strength. Most people who do not know of his abilities see him as ordinary.
SCP-4553 is invincible to a large number of anomalous abilities. These are thought to include, but are almost definitely not limited to, triggering SCP-096's face, surviving SCP-049's touch, and SCP-071's illusion. SCP-4553 is not thought to not be able to defend against non-anomalous actions from anomalous figures, such as from SCP-173 and SCP-682. Complimenting this ability, SCP-4553 is able to telepathically communicate with (at least thought to be) most sentient anomalous entities.
SCP-4553 was originally D-3402. D-3402, real name Tony [REDACTED], was a convicted [REDACTED], who was sent to death row after being convicted of murdering some of his fellow inmates, who D-3402 claimed was "probably the worst scum on the face of the Earth." D-3402 was put in the hands of the Foundation on November 3, [REDACTED], and was tested with SCP-096. During this test, he was charged with looking at a photo of SCP-096, and, instead of him being [DATA EXPUNGED], nothing happened. Subsequently, D-3402 was tested with SCP-049. During this test, SCP-049 touched D-3402 multiple times, getting angrier each time. Upon his final touch, SCP-049 angrily yelled something along the lines of "Is it impossible to cure you?! By the way, get out of my head! If you want to speak to me, do it with your mouth!" Following this incident, D-3402 was contained and officially designated SCP-4553.
SCP-4553 has since worked multiple times with MTF operatives, including in the containment of SCP-████. SCP-4553 seems to work with the Foundation because he believes that they (we) have better motives than opposing factions. This makes it necessary to prevent all information regarding the more nefarious works of the Foundation, such as termination of D-Class personnel, out of reach of SCP-4553.
Incident 4553-1: MTF operative "accidentally" (this specific operative is being investigated for this case, so this may not be true) shot SCP-4553 with his 5.56 rifle. SCP-4553 screamed in pain for a second, before medics were on the scene. Luckily, SCP-4553 was fine, because the shot only hit his leg.
Incident 4553-2: SCP-4553 placed in containment of SCP-682. SCP-4553 stared at SCP-682 for about 5 minutes, before SCP-682 said, "I can speak English, you know. I can also talk, you do not have to use your stupid mind games." SCP-4553 than escorted out by facility guards. The authorization of this
happening is being heavily investigated, and is thought to be an assassination attempt of SCP-4553.
Incident 4553-3: MTF operative terminated D-Class personnel who tried to escape during a containment breach. SCP-4553, in anger, shot the MTF operative, and then [DATA EXPUNGED] him. When questioned about this, SCP-4553 said, "He murdered the guy unnecessarily. I was a D-Class too, you know? I feel for those guys. So when I see a [DATA EXPUNGED] murder one of my former fellow inmates, I have every right to bash his skull in."
Footnotes: 1. Investigations of the possible assassination attempts of SCP-4553 have resulted in an increase of security around him. SCP-4553 has expressed displeasure around this, saying that he can take care of himself.
