Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4954 is to be kept in a 30m x 30m x 10m Air-Tight Cell at all times. When SCP-4954 is in a state of dormancy, the cell is to be inspected of any structural damage and it is to be cleaned of waste. Any cleaning personnel entering SCP-4954’s cell is to wear a Hazmat suit, and is to be accompanied by a minimum of 3 MTF personnel.
There is an ongoing effort to terminate SCP-4954, simply do to the fact that it is a menace to the foundation, and full containment is near impossible. However, every attempt to terminate the Subject seems to always result in failure
Description: SCP-4954 is a large, humanoid entity that is approximately 4 meters in height, and 10 meters in length (including its tail). Its skin resembles that of human flesh, but upon closer inspection it appears to be it’s skin. SCP-4954 has 6 appendages on its head that resemble that of Ambystoma mexicanum or the “Axolotl.” SCP-4954 appears to have no eyes, but a theory thought of by Dr █████████ that suggested that SCP-4954 has its eyes located in a cavity on its forehead above its upper and lower jaw. SCP-4954’s spine is covered in asymmetrical “spikes,” earning it the name “Spine back”
SCP-4954 is extremely aggressive when woken, it is currently beyond the power of the foundation. However, the foundation has managed to come up with a extremely powerful narcotic to sedate it, one of the key ingredient in the narcotic is █████████
SCP-4954 appears to be extremely intelligent, there is an ongoing debate on whether it has sentience or not. It rarely ever speaks unless it is interacting with another SCP that is capable of speech. Although there have been so far ███ instances of speech
SCP-4954 can go into a comatose state, times have been recorded as short as 2 hours, to as long as 72 hours. This unstable sleep schedule is controlled by the temperature in SCP-4954’s cell, it is required to be colder than -10 degrees Celsius for it to go into a state of dormancy, in this state it does not move and is suspended from the ceiling of its cell.
SCP-4954’s cell appears to be covered in “flesh,” although upon closer inspection it appears to be growing and reproducing within its cell. One of these growths resembles a cocoon, it is suspended upon the ceiling, this growth appears to be what SCP-4954 “hibernates” in.
SCP-4954 is capable of asexual reproduction, that appears to be the reason flesh is growing in its cell. SCP-4954 is capable of regenerating lost limbs, although its skeletal structure is extremely difficult to significantly damage, and its vertebrae has yet to been damaged period. However, during a breach, SCP-4954 had a piece of flesh, roughly 10 centimeters in diameter that detached after SCP-4954 was shot at excessively by the MTF unit. This said piece of flesh was further tested on by scientist Dr. █████████ and upon closer inspection, the piece of flesh seemed to show signs of nuclear fission. A microscope was used on some of the blood from the flesh and the cells did in fact split and duplicate into more cells.
