Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is to be closed to traffic at night as often as possible. Construction equipment is to be kept nearby to present the image of continual road repair. No less than two (2) bobcat lifters, one (1) steam roller and two (2) construction trucks shall be kept on hand for road repair. If suspicion is cast on the continued presence of equipment, actual road repair can be authorized by two (2) level 3 clearance researchers approval.
Description: SCP-#### is a 9.7 km (6 mi) stretch of the Highway ██ North in ███ █████, CA, United States. The stretch of road has shown no anomalous qualities aside from being the sight of SCP-####-1's continued appearances. SCP-####-1 is an incorporeal entity that of Canis family, size descriptions have been inconsistent ranging from approximately 76 cm (2.5 ft) - 113 cm (3.7 ft) in height and 2 m (6.6 ft)- 2.3 m (7.5 ft) in length.
Witnesses describe the entity as 'large tan colored dog/wolf that floats/sprints past the vehicle's headlights but is unclear and an undulating shape'. Witnesses in a vehicle instantly know if they've hit the entity or not despite there being no physical evidence on the car or even a bump from the 'impact'. All have remained calm and not reacted to the 'impact' beyond confusion. Even those who have been known to react wildly in previous car accidents. Only one D-Class has been witnessed to get aggressive.

Idea: Ghost encounter on highway. But ya know not a ghost, not sure what it really is.
Probably gonna be Euclid as it's appearance range is limited to a small stretch of highway with other quantifying factors, perhaps moon cycle or what kind of car is driving by. Cars older than 1992 sounds good. Needs a reason for 1992 though.
Description will vague, possible memetic into forgetting what it specifically looked like. leaving it to be a vague impression of an image.
Tan undulating dog shape. Have an interview with the victim before amnestics are applied.
If observed nothing happens aside from forgetting it's true shape. BUT if you "hit" it you know it's true form which will forever haunt your nightmares, slowly driving you insane. This is caused by it slowly and remotely consuming the mind of the victim. Nightmares are the main problem. Have a dream journal done by a D-Class.
Containment should be of the area and prevention of sightings. The highway can't be blocked off completely due to high day traffic.
Ooh! have it changed to include a day pattern after not consuming enough minds due to the foundations prevention efforts.
