Mobile Task Force Zel-19 "Old Zappers"

Mobile Task Force Zel-19 code named "Old Zappers" is a small Mobile Task Force with 30 members. Zel-19 specializes in 1 SCP: SCP-106. They are equipped with large electricity guns to stop SCP-106 from causing destruction within the site. Turns out, SCP-106 will submerge into the floor when hit with large amounts of electricity. Take as when a containment breach happens and SCP-106 manages to get to a gate, he'll be hit with a large amount of electricity from a turret. Or when he gets hit with a Tesla gate, he'll submerge down into the floor as well. Zel-19 are to be stationed at the site where SCP-106 is contained. They are recruited from military's around the world, and must be trusted and great at combat. It will require 3 Zel-19 Operatives to make sure that SCP-106 will submerge down into the floor. The purpose of them is to make sure when a Scientist is escorting a Class-D into SCP-106's containment chamber, SCP-106 will not get into their way. So, they are a recontainment unit. They will be Classified, but not as Classified as Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". They were first started from a Russian military division back in 1993, but soon when the Foundation found out on how to make SCP-106 submerge, they asked the Russian President at the time, which was during 2013, and he agreed to transfer the military division to the Foundation.
