Containment Procedures: SCP-4031 is to be stored in an reinforced Ground-Based Missile Silo, with no extra precautions necessary. No fewer than two(2) guards are to be stationed around the area. SCP-4031 is not to be used as a backup warhead and detonation system in case of an AR-100 "Safety Pin" Procedure. Failing to heed this warning will result in considerable fines.
SCP 4031 appears to be an Non-Anomalous LGM-30 Minuteman III Missile. It is a exact copy of all other LGM-30s produced by Boeing, and sold to the The United States Air Force. It's anomalous capabilities are the following:
- Drastically Increased Range & Fuel Capacity
- Biological Substance Located where the W-80 Nuclear warhead(s) should be located
- Inability to control from Remote Sources.
- Detonation Size is Greatly contrast to the standard W-80 Warhead. Blast is equal to approximately 440 MT.

While firing SCP-4031, the launch crew will have zero control over where the rocket is heading. Attempts to remove the biomass have ended up in loss of one Foundation
personnel. The Foundation has tested the biomass to be semi-sentient,with advanced locomotor skills,albeit without limbs. The biomass is to be suspected of controlling and fueling the rocket. While firing,the Biomass will respond to electronic pulses,from devices planted within it. Use of said devices are to be approved by Senior Scientific Staff. (Level 3 or above).
During Launch of the Missile, the Biomass will pick a target on any continent, and set a flight plan. Once flight plan is set, it can not be alter except by the devices said above. The designated blast site is located south of Site [REDACTED]. The 1st-3rd stage of the Missile can be recycled to launch again. The stages after launch will engage in a automated docking protocol,and proceed to located and joint with the other stages.Once joined, the rocket will then engage in a response to fy back and land at the launch zone, comparable to a Reusable Rocket used by Spacex.
When launching, there should be at least one(1) pilot,preferably a Scientist,or an MTF with training on how to fly a missile.They shall then proceed to fly the missile into orbit ,then the rocket and the biomass should do the rest (in case of failure,revert to man control).
Once SCP-4031 has detonated, there is little to no fallout produced by the detonation.
