Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6969 is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell. That Cell is encased within a 10m x 10m x 5m Bulletproof glass Examination block. It is guarded and monitored by 2 two man teams consisting of one armed security officer and one armed science personnel on 12 hour rotations for 24 hours a day. SCP-6969 is currently contained within Subterranean Research Sector-14A on Site-4C. SCP-6969 must be sedated before any attempts to transport it are made. During transportation, SCP-6969 must be secured with a high quality Institutional Straitjacket and iron shackles. Before being restrained to a gurney and monitored by no fewer than six armed guards. Lethal force is authorised if security containment is breached.

Description: SCP-6969 appears to be an Caucasian male of average height and build. SCP-6969 has brown hair and brown eyes and appears to be between the ages of 20 to 25-years-old. It is capable of speech and appears to be slightly above average in mental development. It has a generally calm personality but has become upset and extremely agitated when denied the ability to complete it's "Quest". Through interviews with facility staff SCP-6969 has willfully divulged the varying purposes of these "Quests" and the entities that direct it to complete them. Yet claims to know nothing of it's own past or history.

[After Interrogation was terminated SCP-6969 became enraged and escaped briefly before being terminated.]

[SCP-6969 showed no sign of hostility to Dr.█████ during its escape. That luxury was not spared to the remainder of the containment staff.]

<Addendum 02/██:Once every thirty one days SCP-6969 will enter a fugue state for twenty four hours. SCP-6969 will cease higher brain activity and remain in the near comatose condition until the twenty four hour period has passed SCP-6969 will wake and being functioning again. SCP-6969 will then attempt to complete the "Quest" it has been charged with. Numerous escape attempts have been made and succeeded. When faced with lethal force SCP-6969 will succumb to normal levels of damage and enter a deceased state for twenty one hours. Once that period is up it will instantaneous regenerate, once terminated 6969 will not receive another quest until a thirty one day period has passed. When the cycle will begin again.

Incident Description: Site ███A/████ Security systems was momentary disabled by SCP-████. SCP-6969 was recorded by auxiliary security systems some ██ minuets after backup power had been activated. Wandering Site ███A/████ SCP-6969 discovered the D-Class containment halls. Freeing ██ D-Class personnel. While attempting to escape SCP-6969 and the accompanying D-Class encountered ██ scientific personnel. A D-Class individual, identified as convicted serial ██████. Roger ██████. Attempted to assault the ██ scientific personnel. SCP-6969 witnessing this proceeded to terminate Roger ██████. SCP-6969 continued to terminate ███ D-Class Personnel it had freed. SCP-6969 completed the action after three hours and was successful recaptured with zero casualties.

<Addendum 03/██: SCP-6969 will constantly carry SCP-6969-2, SCP-6969-3 and SCP-6969-4. Three one hundred sided dice. SCP-6969 uses the dice to determine its success at attempting skills or maneuvers. SCP-6969 has been recorded using SCP-6969-2, SCP-6969-3 and SCP-6969-4 to successful avoid and release further SCPs to aid in its own escape. If SCP-6969-2, SCP-6969-3 or SCP-6969-4 are removed from its possession they will physically deteriorate into rot after twenty four hours. Samples taken have matched SCP-6969's biological make up, matching its bone marrow tissues samples. Once SCP-6969 has lost -2, -3, -4 for more than ten minutes it will regurgitate another perfect copy.
