Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5469 is to be contained in a 15m x 15m x 30m containment chamber. The containment chamber is 54m thick made out of concrete. The chamber is kept to be complete darkness, and only to have three 4000W UV radiation spotlights. Temperatures are regulated to sub-zero temperatures depending on the climate outside of the facility. A climate of 20°C is regulated to ~-180°C inside of the containment chamber. If the temperature of the chamber is set to lower or higher than calculations, the O5 Council is to be notified as soon as possible; locking down the entirety of Site-06-3. Observation of SCP-5469 is strictly prohibited. monitoring of SCP-5469 is done with pressure sensors and movement sensors. If SCP-5469 has any sudden movements, the climate is set down to near absolute zero to avoid any such of a containment breach. Any communication with SCP-5469 is strictly prohibited by the O5 Council. If any such of visual or verbal contact has occurred, the personnel is to be put under psychological therapy, if failed, the personnel is to be terminated.
SCP-5469 body is chained down to the floor, with cuffs on both legs and arms. The cuffs and chains are made out of "cold" iron and should be changed once a week. Class-D personnel is to be the person who is assigned for weekly change. The personnel is to be wearing noise-canceling headphones, night vision optics, and a radiation suit to avoid any contact with SCP-5469. The personnel is to be instructed by any other higher class foundation personnel. Temperature is regulated to regular temperature before any personnel enter the containment chamber.
Description: SCP-5469 is a female humanoid entity. The figure is black. It has large white luminescent eyes, as well as a white luminescent mouth during speech. While the entity's body is completely black, SCP-5469's hair is crimson red leading down to its waist. SCP-5469 is capable of experienced human speech in all languages, although, any sort of contact, verbal, visual, and physical is strictly prohibited by the O5 Council. Any trespassers shall be persecuted and led to psychological therapy. SCP-5469 does not consume any sort of energy. SCP-5469 appears to have a face cavity, although; SCP-5469 does not appear to have the need of any food of some sort. It is unknown where SCP-5469 gathers it's energy from.
SCP-5469 names itself "The Queen of all Hell". It references itself to be "the most powerful being in the world, as she created all that is living." as hypnotism towards foundation personnel. SCP-5469 uses its anomalous abilities to lure in subjects of her own. They are also known as SCP-5469-2. SCP-5469-2 are used are SCP-5469 subjects, and are commanded to kill any foundation staff indefinitely. SCP-5469-2 is to be unresponsive to any other speech by other foundation personnel. SCP-5469-2 are to be terminated immediately. At times SCP-5469 uses it's "subjects" to roam free around the facility and gather more SCP-5469-2. If any SCP-5469-2 is to be anywhere in the facility, terminate on sight.
SCP-5469's body creates a large amount of radiation, it emits ~3000 rads. All Foundation staff are to wear industrial class hazmat suits within entering the SCP-5469 containment chamber. Although SCP-5469 creates radiation itself, the entity is known to weaken towards any UV rays. SCP-5469 shows great strength and can breach containment very easily. It is immune to any sort of weaponry. SCP-5469 shows great weakness towards iron; although, SCP-5469's radioactive properties degenerate the cellular structure of iron over time. If SCP-5469 breaches containment, the entire facility is to go under a full area lockdown and follow standard evacuation protocols.
SCP-5469 has a large sensitivity towards climate and temperature. SCP-5469 emits less radiation the colder the room temperature is. SCP-5469 is only affected to near absolute zero temperatures, anything higher would anger the subject. If room temperature are set to anything lower than predicted, SCP-5469 a temporary sedation. Once SCP-5469 exit's the sedation, the entity will attempt breaching containment. If the temperature of the containment cell is set to the right temperature, SCP-5469 appears to be still with movement every 1.5 hours. If the movement pattern is to change, the temperature is to be set lower than predicted calculations.
