A family portrait of the Audley family: Leon, Adie, Nathan, her, and their siblings. She also has a picture of Chimalis Krex (Aunt Chi), Tony Atkinson (Uncle T), Victor Angelo (Uncle Vic), and Opaline Thompson (Auntie Opal). All of these people are ones that she considers family.
Olivia also has a flute, a classical guitar, a diary, a small stuffed bear named Barold from her childhood, and a necklace her mother gave to her on her 16th birthday (it is an elegant gold chain with a small cursive 'O' made of gold as a charm).
Personal History:
Olivia Audley was born in 1961 as the second eldest child of Leon and Adie Audley, former Foundation agents of MTF Psi-7 ("Home Improvement"). Growing up, Olivia and her siblings never wanted for anything - their parents took care of them well with their fortune and provided all that they could.
Throughout her childhood, Olivia proved to be a bit of a rebellious child. She was very smart and very independent, causing quite a bit of mischief in her wake. She also very quickly learned how to talk her way out of trouble - this never got her off the hook with her parents, but often did with school officials or friends. Olivia also had to work to live up to her brother, who was the actual heir to their family's fortune - giving her quite a solid backbone and thick skin. During all of this, Olivia spent quite a bit of time with her parents - her father teaching her the very basics of craftsmanship and math/science, and her mother teaching her how to act and dance, as she once did professionally. She also taught her quite a few things that she learned from the field - how to hide from others, how to sneak around, et cetera.
Olivia also spent quite a bit of time with her grandparents down in New York City. In 1972, when she was 10, her grandmother passed away after a short battle with cancer. Grieving and still close with her grandfather, the two were able to bond even more closely than before. He taught her how to cook and, later on in life, would teach her how to manage her restaurant.
During her early schooling, Olivia was a fairly decent student academically - she never got bad grades and never failed a class. She was never too deeply interested in her academics but worked at it for her parents' satisfaction.
When it was time for Olivia to start high school, she was sent to boarding school along with her brother Nathan, who was a year ahead of her. It was during these years that she fully realized what her brother being the heir meant - that she wouldn't be controlling the fortune or the family. This came as a bit of a relief to her, and she decided to do something else with her life.
After high school, Olivia went home. With the help of her family (especially her grandfather and mother), she opened up a restaurant in Ontario called Olivia's Eatery. She themed the food after the New York Style, to honor her grandfather and his help with her cooking skills and his help with teaching her to manage the restaurant.
In 1983, Olivia's father convinced her to serve at least 2 years with the Foundation, and she joined MTF Omega-5.
Miscellaneous:
Olivia started learning to play the flute at the age of 6, and the guitar at the age of 12. She is fairly gifted at flute and pretty average at guitar. She is part of MTF Omega-5 ("Classical Education"). Olivia also knows French, thanks to her family. She is also a good dancer.
Olivia owns and manages a restaurant in Ontario, Canada, themed after New York style food. She learned to cook from her grandfather. While her restaurant is themed after New York, she is a skilled chef in most styles of cooking.
